Facilities: Very complete. Both coffee and tea are available.
Service: The service staff are very nice and considerate. They even poured water when we first checked in. Since several people had different room types, they were very nice and allowed us to upgrade to a room type and arrange them on the same floor. When we leave, we will be given two bottles of water for us to drink on the way out. like!
Environment: Clean and tidy, and the sound insulation effect is good. I will choose here again next time I come.

I was deeply moved by Atour's details! The service is so considerate! Free room upgrade + ear plugs + late night snacks + free minibar. The whole stay experience is very good. The room has a high-end feel, especially the washbasin. The photos are beautiful and the bedding is also good. All the drinks in the comfortable minibar are free, I really love it! I only had late night snacks at Atour, other hotels didn’t have late night snacks and almost all only had breakfast. It was really a surprise when I checked in for the first time.

一般都不會點評的，但實在太好了，讓我必須點評下。首先，預訂的普通房型，幫忙升級了，忘記訂帶早餐的，但工作人員很靈活，沒有因為沒有早餐卷就不讓吃，還很貼心的指引餐廳位置和耐心講解，讓我們安心去吃早餐先，其次，服務和衞生也是值得點贊，德化這兩天下雨了，前台工作人員看我們出門時沒有拿傘，還主動拿了酒店的雨傘讓帶上，暖心。早餐也好吃，停車也方便，設施也好，還有洗衣服務，去洗衣服時，有個阿姨在裏面看到我，問了我房號，問了衣服洗烘事項，説等下幫我洗好後送去房間，真的是高性價比的酒店，值得推薦，下次來德化首選亞朵。

酒店環境非常乾淨，竹在大廳一角，書籍數量質量都非常不錯，前台服務也很到位，凡是衹要我入座大廳，前台必微笑您好+奉茶，真心感覺服務意識很強，態度也好，入住體驗感非常滿意，還有設施也很齊全，五樓的健身房，洗衣房，熨衣服都很方便，記得昨天晚上回來的晚了，因為應酬喝了點酒，前台看到後貼心給我準備了蜂蜜水解酒，還有牛奶暖胃，非常感動，也很感謝
