Hôtel sympathique,un prix exorbitant pour les prestations proposées,car prix en temps normal 110€ et 299€ pour notre réservation a cause d'un concert ce jour là a proximité.
Oreiller un peu fin et climatisation verrouillée,pas possibilité de l'utiliser, heureusement qu'il ne faisait pas trop chaud.
Sinon a part le prix, prestations assez correct dans l'ensemble.

The creepiest night I had in all my life in a hotel. Noisy and dirty. Uncomfortable bed. If you want to be like a zombie for a business day... Choose this hotel for a night !

The room was cold, the radiator only heated up half of itself, the shower stall had quite a few pieces of short hair inside, the sink had old toothpaste/old soap on one side, the floors left my socks dirty and the bed would move very very easily forwards and sideways. There was a hole in the wall with exposed wires from the hotel telephone, letting cold air in right next to the bed. I had to re-hang the telephone myself. The 2 pillows were thin and the bed wasn't the most comfortable but not too bad. The bedding and towels at least we're clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful to point out directions. Otherwise, it was way overpriced for the lack of comfort. No 24hr reception, no breakfast included in the price I paid (which was already high), not many amenities in the room itself, etc.

The hotel is old . The staff is nice and Lena is a lovely receptionist . I stayed there 6 days my room was never clean ...
Not the fault of the staff just the organisation and the hotel needs to be reorganised. For 200 Euros a night during worldSkills time I was expecting Free breakfast , sadly at this price The breakfast was not included .Again not the fault of the staff . Just nonsense the hotel deal their price with not offering breakfast . The area is not my type but thanks to Lena the receptionist we managed to have a great meal at la Rose Rouge near by. This hotel needs for sure a relooking :)

Stayed here because we were going to the Coldplay concert at the stadium (which was amazing), The lady on reception was lovely. The bed was awful, the shower fell off the wall and all for the sweet ‘Coldplay tax’ price of £179.00!! Don’t even include breakfast. If we’d have stayed the night after it was priced at £60! Which is more like it for the quality.

The water to the room had been switched off when we arrived, the sheets were dirty (reception was closed when we discovered this) and then we were woken at 8:30 am the following day by drilling and hammering. The location was perfect as it was close to the stadium.

It was perfect. The staff is really friendly and helpful and it’s near the stadium, we only had to take a bus to get there.

Overall, not a bad hotel but a bad experience with the smell of sewage persisting in the room spoiled my stay. The bedding is comfortable and the room is very clean but the sound insulation is poor. Staff service is excellent.
