Great hotel, friendly professional service and best place to stay, especially if you have an event in the city! We had Davos Communications Summit in the Congress Center and were very happy to stay in the hotel and to see the very high professionalism if the team!

Perfect location for anybody attending a meeting at the Davos Kongress Centre. The hotel features comfortable spotless rooms that are quiet and overlook either the Promenade or the mountains to the east. The bathrooms are excellent- modern good quality fittings and very clean (of course.) Pleasant dining room with good beakfast (wonderful bread) and dinner all with excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful. Bus stops just outside the front door.The hotel provides a guest card with entitlement to free travel. Parsennbahn lift only a short ( 3 min ) ride away. Free Wi Fi in room. In conclusion: firmly recommended.

Already the welcome you receive at the check in is very warm and friendly. Staff is happy in what they are doing and this reflects to all the staff in the hotel and the restaurants. They take their time for the guests and no question you ask is to much for them. The rooms have a nice balcony where you can enjoy the stunning view of the Buedner Alps. We made a tour with Mr. Lanz, the director of the hotel and we experienced the beauty of Switzerland!

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during a conference last week. Location: Right in the middle of Promenade. Easy to get everywhere. Cabs are expensive so take bus no. 1, 2 , 3 or 7 from outside Davos Dorf. Bust stop is right outside the hotel. Upon check-in, everyone is given a free guest card which entitles you to free travel on buses and upto 20% discount on lifts. Staff: Good, polite Rooms: Room no. 207. Very spacious and clean. Every room has a balcony with nice views of the mountains. Bathrooms are on the smaller side but clean. Turn down service in the evenings is a nice touch. Breakfast: Good variety - cheese, breads, crossoints, cereal, cold meats, scrabled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, yogurt etc. You can have an omellete made right in front of you with your choice of fillings. Dinner: Dinner was nice and the set menu is reasonably priced but hardly anyone seems to have dinner in the hotel I would love to stay here again.

My cash got stolen from the safe. I found my safe open and lost my money and iPhone. the staff refused to accept that even after showing them the safe...they had no cctv or record of anyone who has gone into the room and Said you can contact the police if u want. most unprofessional service ever and most rude staff.

Great location right next to the water park, stadium, and ice rink. Nice, large, modern, and quiet rooms. The only downside is the pillows. They desperately need new ones. The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff was very friendly. Parking is available.

Das Hotel war über die Sommermonate geschlossen da es renoviert wurde. ( so stand es auf der Homepage ). Als wir angekommen sind war schon mal nur die Rezeption ein wenig renoviert, die kleine Bar sowie die Sitzgelegenheiten an der Bar, alles wie vorher. Die Dame die uns die Zimmerschlüssel gegeben hat, sagte uns dass die Heizung komplett neu gemacht wurde. Im Zimmer angekommen war der Heizkörper eiskalt ( gut da wir nicht mit warmer Heizung schlafen können ), im Bad gibt es einen Schalter für eine Zusatzheizung die aber nicht funktioniert, also ist es kalt im Bad, nicht besonders angenehm nach dem Duschen. Das Zimmer hat nicht mal ein Wasserkocher ( sowas gibts sogar in 3* Hotels ) Abends beim Essen waren 3-4 Tische besetzt, die meisten Leute gehen auswärts essen, leider mussten wir feststellen dass ÜBERHAUPT KEINE RENOVIERUNG gemacht wurde auch nicht im Speisesaal, die Decke ist noch immer so alt und blättert bald ab sowie die kaputten Stühle ( siehe Foto ) verstehe nicht dass dieses Hotel 4* erhält. Schade das Hotel "war" unser Favorite aber ob er es bleibt steht in den Sternen
