The hygiene is very poor. The previous tenant's disposable items were not collected and were placed on clean bath towels. The toilet paper was not left in the bathroom and the toothbrush cup was full of cigarette ashes. The room hygiene is not worthy of the hotel's hardware.

The young lady who just arrived at the front desk was not very skilled in her business and it took a while to check in. The air conditioner in the room was broken and could not be turned on. It took a long time to repair it. We offered to change the room before the front desk changed the room. The accommodation experience is quite fresh, but I feel that the hotel as a whole is still not mature enough, and many hardware facilities still need to be improved, which cannot be compensated by a "small degree".
