Very good hotel with location near to the old town, hotel provided free pickup from train station with the driver waiting us with notice board👍👍 staffs and receptionist very friendly, provide free upgrade with breakfast and fruit platter everyday. Free distill water available to be collected near the lift. They also have gym and laundry services with daily cleanup. We end up staying at the hotel more hours than expected because it is so cosy

入住时酒店还送了每天的早餐和果盘，太贴心了还有免费的瓶水可以拿。房间很大有智能小度。洗衣房也每天有清洁阿姨打扫。工作人员很热心，也及时给予帮助。下次再来一点选回这家酒店😍👍

The hotel is centrally located not far from the main shopping area and less than 10RMB by taxi to the historic palace area.
The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable with sufficient room. Lovely breakfast was included and the restaurant on the second floor serves lunch and diner.
Gym on the top floor, friendly staff and a good price, I will definitely stay here again.

Room is generously big, can accommodate family of 4. Location is good and close to the city core and variety of restaurants.
Service is good in general.
Would be good if smoking is not allowed in the public areas like elevator, lobby, restaurant and hallways.

The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. They will try their best to accommodate our requests. They also provide car service from and to high speed train station and ancient city. The unfavourable experience was the smoking environment where other guests smoke in their room without closing their room from day to night. It makes the corridor having the smoking smell and even the smoke flown to the room where I have a young kid with me. It affected badly to our sleeping quality when smoker smoke at 11pm so I made a call to hotel staff who was helpful to advise the smoker guest to close their room door. I hope smoker can be more considerate.

Hotel is modern, simple yet complete with all amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The location is convenient and easy access to surrounding spots. Generally will stay again if ever going back to Datong.
