hotel front desk is not as friendly or welcoming. there were many burn marks on the carpet in my room (1318). the room still smells like smoke. the bathroom door could not be closed properly and the shower leaked into the bathroom floor.

Comfortable bed and warm room with plenty of light. Biggest complaint would be the water. Maybe we were unlucky but our room was without water for around 3 hours during our stay (during the day) and when it came back on the water was not hot enough for a shower for the rest of the day. Fortunately the following day the water was back to normal. Breakfast was average.

This was the worst experience of my life. There was no air conditioning in the room. The temperature at night was 7 or 8 degrees Celsius. The quilt was so thin that I was freezing. When I asked the receptionist, they said it was not heating time yet, so no heating was provided. The house phone doesn't work. There wasn't a napkin in the whole room. The bathroom door is broken and cannot be closed at all. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I asked the service desk and they said it was a silent exhaust fan. I climbed up and saw that the exhaust fan did not rotate at all and did not draw air. I was really speechless. Is this what international hotels are like?
