The hotel’s receptionist was friendly and kind enough to help us arrange a private ride to go to the Hanging Temple. The room was kind of old but fairly clean, spacious and warm.

hotel front desk is not as friendly or welcoming. there were many burn marks on the carpet in my room (1318). the room still smells like smoke. the bathroom door could not be closed properly and the shower leaked into the bathroom floor.

Comfortable bed and warm room with plenty of light. Biggest complaint would be the water. Maybe we were unlucky but our room was without water for around 3 hours during our stay (during the day) and when it came back on the water was not hot enough for a shower for the rest of the day. Fortunately the following day the water was back to normal. Breakfast was average.

The service is generally satisfactory, the environment is also very good, the room is relatively large and bright, but for an old hotel, it needs to keep up with the times and update its equipment as soon as possible. For example, the TV does not work well, and the hair dryers are very old. I don't know why they can still charge a deposit of 200. The breakfast was also average, after 8.30 there was nothing left and no more food was served, I just had a bite of cake and a few pieces of watermelon and that was it. The room was clean and hygienic, but the slippers were not disposable, they were recycled and environmentally friendly slippers. There was also very little shampoo provided, and the heating effect was not very good. It felt cold and I couldn't sleep well. But the price is very reasonable, so I still give it five points, but I hope to see it get better.
