This courtyard hotel is a real gem, combining the Datong historical " vibe" with excellent facilities and friendly service. Not one to miss !

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! This hotel was beautiful and very convenient, but more than that, the service was absolutely exceptional. My family and I had a wonderful time here, in no small part thanks to the hospitality of the manager and all staff, including a surprise birthday cake and many excellent recommendations, as well as help organising a driver.

The hotel was superbly decorated and very well kept. The location is ideal if yo want to visit the old center of Datong. Their breakfast was abundant and well prepared (though only Chinese cuisine) and the personnel were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel, with charm. Just renovated, so the hotel combines the old style with the modern technology. Everything is new. Very good Chinese breakfast, which included a good coffee and some western pastries, perfect combination. The hotel is within the ancient walls, very close to the must see sightseeing locations. The staff is very nice and helpful. Victor picked me up at the station over 1 am and the receptionist waited for me with a nice welcome fruit plate. He also helped me to organize one day tour around Datong. Everything was perfect, thank you!

Very beautiful hotel with exceptionally good service. The manager was helping us a lot with different issues which were not really the hotel's business but which were important for us when just arriving in China. Also the breakfast was very enjoyable.

Newly built hotel in a historical part of Datong

I really like the ancient courtyard, which is close to the west wall in the ancient city of Datong. It is quiet in the bustling city, and the breakfast is nutritious and exquisite. The attractions in the ancient city are within walking distance, and the restaurants recommended by the boss are all delicious. Private parking space.

Every time we went out, they saw that our luggage was heavy and came out to pick us up. In the morning, they would worry that we would not catch up with the itinerary and wait at the door to wake us up. They also gave souvenirs before leaving. This is the place to stay in Datong Ancient City No need to turn on the air conditioner, it's very cool at night. No mosquitoes, very clean and elegant. My high-rise room is not as quiet as the second floor, it's very grounded and comfortable to sleep. I have such an ancient courtyard at home, but I like the ceiling of the indoor part of his house. The room feels very cool and breathable. The service is also very good. Take a taxi to Ronghai Consignment Store and walk in. The parking location was informed before check-in. When we arrived, the housekeeper helped to guide the parking and help with the luggage. The hotel is very quiet and beautiful. Every time I go in and out, there is a greeting. Every request is met. The breakfast is a set meal but it is very rich. If I come to Datong next time, I will definitely book it again
