It is unimaginable that as a large chain that specializes in smart services, the entire hotel TV cannot be connected to the Internet or screen projection due to network maintenance. The TV operation is also extremely slow and backward, and the relevant situation was not informed or marked at the time of check-in. There are also problems with the smart home network inside the house. Some simple commands respond slowly or cannot respond, and manual operation is inconvenient, putting the cart before the horse. 2. Staff have poor problem-solving skills. After trying to cast the screen for half an hour at 9:00 pm and failing, I contacted the front desk at 9:30 to find the master to check the problem. The master immediately informed me that the screencasting was not possible due to the overall network maintenance. However, the front desk still informed me that only some rooms were not working, and most of the rooms were unable to cast the screen. In the middle of the night it was suggested that we change rooms. The whole negotiation process also took a long time. We were informed at about 10:00 that the new room could be used for screencasting. After trying for 20 minutes, we found that although the new room could connect to the Internet, there was no signal and the network was still under maintenance. During the morning meal, for the first time, a small mouse was found on the restaurant floor, wandering around the seating area.
