However, the phone in the room was broken, and we couldn't change rooms. It was too difficult to contact the front desk if we had any questions. The room didn't provide the hotel's contact information. Fortunately, the attitude of the hotel was ok after we contacted them, but it was too troublesome.
The room was too hot, and it was cold with the windows open, and the air conditioning didn't work well.
