As a person whose hometown is Xinzhou, who was born and raised in Taiyuan, and studied in Beijing for college and graduate school, I have always wanted to visit Datong. This time, I finally found the opportunity to come to Datong. The experience Datong brought me exceeded my expectations. In two days, I visited the Yungang Grottoes and the ancient city of Datong, and tasted Datong knife-cut noodles and mutton offal noodles, which were cheap and delicious. Because of the temperature drop, I also went to the nearby Uniqlo to choose a cashmere coat and a pair of autumn trousers. I stayed at Yungang MGM Hotel, which had full marks for service and room layout. The most unexpected thing was that the bathroom and bedroom were separated by a large glass, which was very transparent. When I left, I was given a souvenir. The only thing I think needs to be improved is that the bathtub is not clean enough, which caused me to give up the plan of taking a bath. I hope the hotel can do better.

Although the check-in front desk staff was a little indifferent (a little! A little! A little!), the check-out staff was very enthusiastic and gave me gifts, which I was very grateful for. They also gave me a free room upgrade when I checked in, and the room was very clean and worthy of praise!
