這家民宿在鼓樓東街上，九龍壁的正後方。離古城東門，中心鼓樓，包括很多景點都步行10分鐘左右。出行很方便。出門就是關帝廟和小媳婦涼粉，仿古街上都是店鋪，晚上也挺熱鬧。
房間比較簡約大方，衞生和設施都不錯。據説床墊是9000塊錢的。😉 直到4/15日還有地暖。店裡老闆和工作人員挺和氣，一直都在，我們飯店打包的食物也在這裏的小廚房加熱了。很方便。
就是從九龍壁往這個店走的路，3-5分鐘，路邊拆遷到一半，稍有點破亂。另外周圍沒找到水果店。

是四合院的類型，房間特別寬敞，睡的特別舒服，推薦！！！
衞生：非常乾淨，有專門的阿姨打掃衞生，在小院裏麪
設施：有廚房，可以自己做飯。有冰箱，買的沙棘冰麪包直接可以存放，不怕壞。有餐桌，有客廳，可以坐在小院裏聽風看雲，很愜意。
服務：房東大哥特別好，非常隨和，給了很多出遊和買特產的建議。
環境：位置特別好找，在鼓樓東街裏面，晚上吃飽了還可以出來逛逛街，因為離鼓樓很近，所以離龍聚祥，紫泥369等吃飯的地方也很近，取號排隊吃飯都非常方便。另外，離九龍壁景點就200米。

非常好的民宿，房間是地暖，寒冷的冬天一進去就立馬暖融融的特別舒服。房間很乾凈，床品也舒服。小院子非常安靜，晚上睡的很舒服。酒店的地理位置很好，位於古城比較熱鬧的地方，去哪兒都很方便。老闆人很好，很熱情，很好講話，對客人的訴求都能儘量滿足，非常感謝！下次再去大同，還會再選擇簡一的。

老闆人很好，天氣寒冷，在外面一直等候我們，一入民宿，温暖如春，環境舒適，小院裏喜氣洋洋，我們也沾喜氣啦，寵物友好，地理位置優越，就在九龍壁的後面，出行非常方便，下次再來大同，還選擇簡一民宿。

設施對於民宿來説是極好的，有地暖，空調也給力，廁所很大，東西都擺的開，水也很大，洗澡很舒服床品也不錯。老闆待客熱情，是個操心的
