不錯不錯，環境不錯，周邊不吵，安靜舒適，停車方便，一次性用品齊全，有牙刷牙膏梳子，刮鬍刀，拖鞋，一次性毛巾，浴巾，還有免費的礦泉水，而且電視也不錯，有無線

酒店金玉其外，連快捷都不如，位置稍偏，大廳和走廊看起來還行，衹有兩層，二樓走廊像迷宮，沒有電梯，感覺不是正規酒店。房間衞生很差，洗手間地漏還有很多頭髮，枕頭髮黃，讓人起雞皮疙瘩。熱水器居然是電的，要控制洗澡時間，衞生差也沒法洗，房間的床頂多1.1米，與訊息不符，老闆説所有床都是這麼大，解決辦法是我退房，天吶，假期大晚上的讓客人到哪裡去再找酒店。攜程品控真是需要改進。

前台態度極差
1.入住給了一個沒有打掃過的房間，電話前台，讓自己下去換卡，我揹着三個包，酒店沒電梯，最後還是我自己找到一個開門的乾淨的房間
2.晚上快十二點，放了十分鐘不出熱水，電話前台，前台説讓我等二十分鐘，聯繫了維修師傅來修，這麼晚了還不一定能修好，我提議另開一個房間就讓我去洗個澡，前台謊稱已經滿房了。我説你們在平台上還有房間在賣，前台立馬改口説“再開一間房間的話，那件就賣不出去了”。前台絲毫沒有因我房間不出熱水而表示歉意，反而在和我講他們的利益。最後聯繫攜程客服溝通，前台還是讓我自己下去拿卡，我裹着浴巾，又再讓攜程客服溝通，他們才上來，開了旁邊一間房間，就這個時候還説讓我等師傅來把我房間的熱水器修好，已經晚上十二點多了。
見過垃圾的前台，沒見過這麼垃圾的！
最後要求退還一半房費，酒店也不同意。
衞生：酒店走廊地毯上全是頭髮，極其噁心
設施：星空頂上是周圍住户的窗户，遮光開關也是壞的

十一國慶入住該酒店，選擇這裡是相對便宜，大同是旅遊城市，節日的酒店費用普遍較高，酒店的停車場寬大並且免費，房間可以吸煙，對煙民來説感覺特別貼心。
不足的地方是酒店沒有電梯，笨重的行李就得靠自己提上樓啦（^.^），沒有實況電視節目，浴室花灑水流太小，希望以後能改進。
