The front desk did not apologize at all for not having hot water in my room. Instead, they talked to me about their interests. Finally, I contacted Ctrip customer service to communicate. The front desk still asked me to go down and get the card by myself. I wrapped myself in a bath towel and asked Ctrip customer service to communicate again. Then they came up and opened a room next to me. At this time, they told me to wait for the master to come and pick me up. The water heater in the room was repaired and it was already past twelve o'clock in the evening. I’ve seen trashy front desks, but never such trashy ones! Finally, I asked for a refund of half of the room fee, but the hotel did not agree. Because I had to catch an early bus, I booked this place. It was very convenient, just across the street from the long-distance bus station. Based on the price, I'm still satisfied, it's just enough for one night.

It's okay to live alone, but it's a bit uncomfortable for two people.

The bamboo mat on the tatami was a bit dirty and the bathroom was a bit small, but everything else was fine. No problem for 2 or 3 people. There is no elevator on the 2nd floor.

五一期間出遊，套房空間很大，門口可以免費停車，有個麻將桌，熱水比較充足，空調製熱製冷都尚可，去其他景點都很方便。周邊有餐館。 缺點：500的房費不含早餐，房間地面返潮，有發黴。牀板特別硬，被子薄，枕頭也低，不是很衞生的感覺，裝修一般。
