房間的空調直吹床頭且無法改變方向，吹的腦門疼，讓前台給換個房間説沒有無法換，前台親自來試一下，空調吹的不行，最後拿袋子給蓋上還沒蓋全，依然吹腦門衹能把衣服疊好放腦門上。圖片電視上面黑色的地方是空調出風口，白色的地方就是前台給空調出風口蓋上的袋子。

房間設施比較新，有小度，小孩子很喜歡，早餐也挺豐富，但是衞生間太小了，坐在馬桶上關不了門，半個腦袋在外面，關上門在浴室洗澡，水還是會往外面流出來，總體來説還算不錯

早上8.30酒店前台打電話到房間問續住你們聽説過嗎？？？ 被電話鈴聲震醒，氣得再也沒睡着。我説你8.30打電話過來幹嘛？前台説因為我們有任務要排房間。那是你的工作，但是你無論如何都不應該8.30給顧客打電話。你們酒店連基本的上崗培訓都沒有嗎？ 正常人上班還9.00呢，我們出來旅遊讓你們酒店前台8.30打電話來吵醒？？ 這麼多年沒遇到過這麼離譜的事情。讓人心情真差！
設施：酒店停車位不夠。洗衣房衹有2台洗衣機，沒有烘乾機。

本來訂的是附近的星C，由於辦入住的時候他家保安一直催挪車，説了三四遍，和他説了等一會兒的，當時身份證還找不到，加上中午12點房間還沒收拾好，他們衹顧自己，一直不考慮顧客的感受，臨時換的這家酒店，體驗非常不錯，訂了兩個帶早餐的房間，住了5個人，和酒店説贈送也送了，和星C完全不一樣，客房服務人員也很好，推薦大家選擇這家，對另一個非常失望，本來每個城市都是星C的，避坑那個吧！！！！
