攜程看到是五星好評就覺得應該比較乾淨但是剛進去看到馬桶上面很臟根本就不能上廁所然後前台換了個房間還不如第一個呢不僅馬桶上有不明毛髮而且地地上洗漱間的衞生真的不敢恭維是我在攜程上住過最差的酒店評分這麼高真的很不理解還有房間裏沒空調遙控器阿姨過來才一間一間房間裏找遙控器找了好久也找到真的很無語門把手也不乾淨

熱水太差了 前兩天要放冷水放很久才能打出熱水，後面幾天根本就沒有熱水 全是温水，害的連澡都沒法洗。燈是壞的，每天都是昏暗的環境，懶得換別的房間了，就這麼呆著了。不過不用開暖氣也挺暖和的，圖便宜還行，追求質量的再考慮考慮別的地方吧。每天下樓都要被問一遍是不是要退房，訂到31號結果30號上午就打電話吵醒我讓退房，🙄。
