The location of the hotel is easy to find, the hotel environment is also good and quiet. Parking is also quite convenient. The room is relatively large and the supporting facilities are very complete. The service attitude of the brothers and sisters at the front desk is particularly good.

Service: The front desk service attitude is particularly bad. I have been to so many hotels in different places, but this is the first time I know that the room does not come with a card. If you want an extra card, you have to pay a 20 deposit. I told the skinny waiter that we can't keep pulling out the card to get things. The waiter had a very bad attitude and said that they would give you a business card and you can use it after you insert it. It doesn't work at all, not to mention parking.

I forgot to take pictures. The bathroom was full of cigarette ash. I didn't enter the bathroom when I checked in on the 17th, so I didn't notice it. I returned to the hotel on the evening of the 18th and found the situation. I contacted the front desk to ask the reason. The person who answered the phone at the front desk was very nice at first. After asking the housekeeping department, someone else called back. When I asked why they didn't find it on the 17th, the front desk said that it was uncertain and possible. Did I make it myself and then come to you? I seriously suspect that the room was not cleaned and perfunctory.

The house price is ridiculously high. I am shocked. It is usually 194 but now it is 1100. I feel like I am being robbed...

I have to give a bad review. I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 pm. After checking in, I found that the entire power socket on the wall where the TV was located was out of power and could not be used normally. The front desk lady was not anxious or impatient, but she was really indifferent. She told me that I had to wait for half an hour before someone could come up to check. After about ten minutes, the handsome guy at the front desk came up to check and confirm the problem and told me that this was a reserved room (which means it is not normally sold), and asked us to wait for him to ask for a solution. After another ten minutes, when we called the front desk to ask for a reply (the lady's communication attitude with us was still very indifferent, without a word of comfort or apology), the front desk guy came over and said that there were no other rooms now, and we could consider checking out. I asked for a refund of part of the price difference to no avail. The guy said that breakfast could be delivered, but our room rate already included breakfast. I asked again for a refund of the price difference of the double breakfast fee as compensation, and the reply required the leader to give a reply. Because we had to check out at 7 o'clock the next day to catch up with the group, we didn't plan to move out and prepare to wash. Unexpectedly, ten minutes later, an engineer came over with a stool and said he wanted to fix the circuit. We said it was getting late, but he said it would only take a while. We were really amused and helpless. We could only watch him fix it in our pajamas! I just want to say that I booked the room three or four days in advance, and I checked in so late that night. Can't the hotel check the room in advance? When the engineer finished the repair and left, it had been more than 40 minutes since we checked in. Until we left the hotel early the next morning, we did not receive any response from the young man or other hotel parties.
