The hotel is from the era where they used marble tiles in the bathrooms and heavy quality wood furniture which is pretty charming. Bed was very comfortable and staff were generally helpful altho a couple of the reception staff were quite brusque, also they spoke really fast in an accent I couldn't always understand. I think they should be more mindful of visitors from abroad. The most helpful and courteous member of staff was the bellhop.
The hotel claims to be non-smoking which is a joke cuz my room reeked of cigarette smoke and I told the staff so when she brought me there but she just said oh they've already turned down the room. Since I stayed for only 1 night, I didn't make a fuss. But non-smoking rooms are generally a joke in China, there is no enforcement and smokers have no consideration for others. Non-smokers in this country have no rights.

地理位置在古城中心，出行非常方便。這些年住過很多五星級酒店，幾乎從不點評，但這次卻主動想寫點。這是一家用心服務的飯店，所有員工臉上都是發自內心的笑容，真誠友善。雖然酒店設施有些陳舊，但還都比較好用。床墊很舒服，支撐力強，枕頭有不同選擇，鵝絨枕又大又厚，蕎麥枕等其他枕頭這次沒有使用。廚師水平很高，中餐廳的清燉羊肉、過油肉、髓油糕、西紅柿茄絲、一窩絲、白麪餅等等，都很好吃；早餐的刀削麪現用傳統刀片削出，服務員很耐心地加各種配料，第一口喝下去，感覺五臟六腑都很舒服。總體上，這家酒店軟件勝於硬件，這是國內多數酒店不具備的特點，房間裏還放了由員工撰寫編辦的內部報紙，企業文化不錯。希望越辦越好！

房間條件很好，打掃衞生的阿姨很專業認真，床品和毛巾、衞生用品都選的好產品，入住體驗很舒適，尤其二樓中餐廳，每個菜都非常好吃，連住三天每頓飯都在這裏吃，服務員態度也特別好，下次去古城還住花園大飯店。

大同花園大飯店位於大同古城內，房間乾淨，設施齊全，工作人員服務熱情態度非常好，周邊景點很多，距離很近，用餐方便，還貼心的送了古城內景點位置圖，還有當日的大同報紙，很有特色的酒店，點贊。

到店付費升級房型，不知道是不是這樣就低人一等呀。網上看別人房間外面都是空曠的，我的房間窗外如圖所示，關上窗，整個房間不透氣，打開窗，轟轟的聲音比較吵人。待着期待而來，看網評説服務不錯，感覺還達不到預期。住了兩晚，第一天下午送了兩個脆脆鯊和報紙一份，然後就沒有了，退房也沒有別人説的退房禮。説實話，400多的房費，和其他大同酒店比較起來，除了早餐品種多一點，沒什麼性價比。

酒店位於古城裡，鼓樓附近，位置好，古城內景點大多可步行。周邊有幾家網紅餐館，飯點要等位。酒店門前有停車位，後院有很大的停車場。

古城裡最方便的酒店，沒有之一，出門就是鼓樓東西大街，去哪都方便，第一天沒訂到有窗的房間，是內廊的房，體驗感很差，第二天換到豪華大床房立馬心情愉悦，房間配備戴森吹風機，智能馬桶，護髮素，酒店的餐飲我們都喜歡，大同這幾天早中晚全部這家酒店解決，再次感謝這裏的服務員，餐廳裏服務熱情周到，下回還選這裏
