破爛的布草，臟兮兮的枕套，掉皮的椅子，開裂的床，打不通的內線電話，真的是絕了，打電話讓換枕套，等了半小時沒動靜，又打電話説現在是客房大姐們食堂開飯的時間，所以要等一會。客房大姐來了氣呼呼的給換了枕套和被罩，好像是我的錯一樣。從來沒住過這麼差勁的高檔酒店，這酒店不會再住了

酒店環境非常好，房間內的裝修很棒，設施都很完善，特別要説的就是酒店的服務，我覺得不輸國際五星，服務員們都非很nice，晚上1點鐘回酒店還看到安保人員在巡邏，由於我們一行人員比較多，走時有很多東西落在了酒店不同房間（包括現金）酒店工作人員海藍和小鈺第一時間電話通知我們，並聯系順豐快遞小哥幫助我們郵寄回家。早上離開酒店的時候發現，全部汽車雨刷器已經被工作人員掀起，防止因為下雪凍住，很貼心！！！下次來到大同，還會再次入住！

豪華雙床房房間很大，老牌星級酒店裝修，衞生，服務都不錯，位置距離古城東門和南門都不遠，早餐也不錯，推薦。

房間不錯啊，雖然看着有年頭了，但設施都挺好的，因為房間臨街，又離古城很近，馬路會堵車，有司機按喇叭，但白天我們不在，下午才回去，晚上還是很安靜的。有的毛巾會有點舊，但我們自己帶了，也就無所謂了，有個大浴缸，自己帶了一次性浴缸套，孩子泡了澡，解了一天的乏累。房間含雙人早餐，品種，味道中規中矩，刀削麪好吃。自駕出去可以到前台領停車券，免費停，停車場也大。客服態度也很好，單獨要了肥皂和拖鞋，也很快就送來了。有機會再去大同，還會選擇這家。
