1. 衞生間水漏、下水口直通馬桶排水管道，臭氣上串燻人！
2. 淋浴花灑無固定支架，掉落砸人！
3. 電視機衹有幾個小童台、廣告台，都是雪花屏，
4. 屋裡燈不亮，

1.預訂酒店後30分鐘就不可以取消訂單了，取消要扣除一天房費。這是什麼霸王條款，
2. 空調製冷不好還滴答水，維修的老頭説要開到18度才有點冷氣，這麼冷開始使勁滴答水到地板上，關了空調又很悶熱衹能再次打開，地上鋪了很厚的衞生紙緩解滴答聲。紙都被滴穿了。孩子白天玩累了很早就睡著了，所以我不忍心弄醒他換房間。
3. 晚上22:00要睡了，隔壁開關水管，水管水流動的聲音那叫一個大，關上門依舊很大聲，根本無法入睡。409去核實吧。半夜隔壁的人打呼嚕的聲音我都能聽到，整晚折騰我斷斷續續衹睡了三四個小時。
4. 設備這個樣子你們不知道嗎？這設定+霸王條款招顧客入住？！有問題房間應該很多，工程員老頭23:00了還在樓道大聲接前台對講機講話。
5. 我每天行程都安排好了早出晚歸，因為嫌麻煩所以衹能忍一下。但是這是我有史以來最差入住酒店沒有之一。
6. 你們攜程為什麼把這麼爛的酒店推到前面“優享會”的位置？！

家庭套房非常的不錯，環境整潔，房間裏還配備智能窗簾和音響，浴室環境不錯，房間挺大的，三個人住非常的合適，但入住需要100按金。

暑期大同住宿有點貴。這家店位置在一個批發市場附近，周邊各種物品都有，還是很熱鬧的，所以吃的比較多，由於是老酒店，應該是原來如家的，被轉讓了，所以設施和環境一般般，停車位看運氣，衹能免一次最長時間段的，稍微離古城遠了點，打車過去也就十來塊錢，不算貴。比較失望的是大同古城，見面不如聞名。老耿的遺憾吧。

大同美家酒店，就是以前如家酒店的內部裝修。客房數量超多，床品都挺乾淨，睡着舒適，有空調。允許14點退房，不愧是午覺氛圍濃厚的山西。酒店位置絕佳，周圍是服裝批發市場，公交站，便利店，早餐店、削麪館等吃飯的地方也很多。大同水質很硬，自來水TDS指數都在600多，一樓雖然有飲水機，但是測過灌裝的水跟自來水一樣硬，口感很差，還是建議喝瓶裝水吧（房間裏不配瓶裝水）。
