Nice place to stay, clean and easy for public transport to old town, and other sights. Owners very nice and truly try to provide a nice accommodation, rare find for this price range.

Great hotel for the price! The owners are lovely people (who are very welcoming to foreigners, though they may not speak English). The room is basic but has all the necessities. Very conveniently located near the HSR train station.

Location is at the new area of Datong and very far from Datong old town
You can access to everywhere in Datong by bus in front of hotel even going to Hanging monastery

Nice family that run this place, they helped us out with any questions we had (via phone translator). The hotel itself is basic but very clean and the room was quite big.
The location is about a 30 min walk from the south train station, or about a 7-10¥ Didi ride. There are also plenty of buses that go past to the train station/to the centre of town. We caught public transport from here to the Yungang Grottoes fairly easily.
