洗浴文化和按摩文化濃厚，房間裏就有兩個足浴桶和師傅的兩個坐凳，電視滿屏是各項收費標準，女浴也有水池和大缸可泡澡，旅遊走累了晚上在浴室熱炕上躺一躺出出汗去去寒也挺好的。
早餐也可以，粥 糕 奶 漿 飲品，糯米粽子很軟和，玉米也較嫰，唯一不足就是蛋白質太單調，衹有雞蛋，沒有肉。
過年期間，價位較合理，總體滿意。

很不錯，房間乾淨，還可以汗蒸，服務態度也很好，主要是離古城不遠，騎自行車十幾分鍾就可以到，出去玩很方便

房間很好，服務態度好，就是打掃衞生的有一點需要提高，我們一家三口的一次性拖鞋沒有給換，然後給擺在一起，都不知道誰是誰的了

設施：雖然有點老舊，但是什麼都不缺，很好了。
衞生：每天打掃阿姨都會給打掃，按你的要求都可以達到
環境：離古城有一點距離。但相對來説性價比很合適

房間寬敞，晚上可以免費送泡腳葯水，這兩點值得表揚。但不打電話不打掃房間，這點有點醉，另外廁所水下不去，洗完澡就要叫保潔阿姨來打掃，馬桶裏麪掉漆以為是BABA。設施還要要改善～

環境：市內酒店距離古城打車大概都是15分鐘左右的車程、不算遠、想着酒店可以提供免費的洗浴套票、看攜程照片、價格300多一晚真是性價比高、到了之後才發現、洗浴按摩推油的客房和酒店客房是通用的、晚上開門都能看見工作人員在工作。訂房的時候還備註給一間乾淨的房子結果老化到我不敢想象。如圖、拿到房卡10分鐘後實在看着呆著難受、找到一樓大廳經理要求換房後、保潔阿姨還不愛給換、説她累、讓我將就一晚。
衞生：床品看上去乾淨、硬件設施也可以、衞生間防水太噁心了、衞生間還有毛髮不好意思拍照了
服務：大堂經理、前台服務都可以。奈何酒店年久、防水不好、拉低分數了，至於泡腳免費提供沒享受到。也沒有人告訴、
設施：洗浴中心湯泉不錯、衞生細節都很好、搓澡大姐也熱情。泡池舒服乾淨、24小時營業、衹不過櫃門鎖太古老了自己打不開得麻煩工作人員等待開啟

酒店離古城不遠，地理位置，環境，服務都不錯，就是設施老舊了些。特別感謝地下一層推拿正骨的李經理，愛人腿扭了一下，找到他，很快就給復位了，水平確實高，還沒收費。這是我們來大同最大的收穫？，感受到了大同人民的樸實善良！！果斷續住！！

房間空間還是很大的。當天入住時接近晚飯時間，前台告知樓上有餐廳，欣然前往。雖然五點半還沒有正式上班，但是餐廳服務員非常熱情，幫我們倒水，幫我們和後廚溝通，不一會就上菜了，味道相當好！必須為凱龍大酒店餐廳部點個贊！這裏還有養生服務，很有特色，不過由於第二天行程出發較早，還是選擇早點休息，沒有體驗。衹是有個提醒，酒店入住時候需要付款300元按金，退房就可原路返回的。
