I wanted to find time to write a review, but the butler kept asking for good reviews, so I'll just write about the shortcomings first: I really don't like this behavior of adding guests on WeChat under the guise of butler service and asking for good reviews! I'm really disgusted and hope the hotel can improve. I'm willing to give it a mention. I believe that if the guests are truly satisfied, they will give good reviews, but it's really annoying to keep asking for them! I am very satisfied with the hotel as a whole. Thanks to the housekeeper for upgrading my room for free and sending welcome fruit. The room facilities are very new. Except that the air conditioner was broken when we checked in, causing the room temperature to be too high and we needed to open the window to fall asleep, there were no other problems. We were satisfied with everything! The breakfast is very rich and the overall cost performance is very high. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Datong.

The front desk staff, Wu Haifeng, was friendly, processed the procedures quickly, and took the initiative to provide a lot of local travel advice. The breakfast has a rich variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is very good. The breakfast service ladies Ren Jiayue and Wang Gailin were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant environment was elegant and the dining experience was very pleasant. In addition, the hotel's gym and swimming pool facilities are also complete, suitable for relaxation. When I came to Datong, I didn't expect to book a top luxury hotel. It was far beyond my expectations and was a plus for the trip. The staff are very dedicated and have good eyesight. The entire hotel's software and hardware are top-notch. The rooms are fully intelligently controlled, and the mini bar is replenished with free drinks every day. The cleaning lady Hao Futao cleans our room every day. People who work hard deserve to be praised!

Came to Datong with my mom to have fun, to see the luxurious aesthetics of the coal bosses~ The Wyndham in Building B is a bit more upscale than the Yungang Hotel in Building A. The hotel has a definitely old-money style, the whole toiletries are from L'Occitane, the slippers are all satin long-staple cotton, the hotel also comes with a bath and steam room, in the evening we went to Xiaoshi Village to watch the fireworks, went back to the front desk to ask for a disposable bath bag, the warm bubble bath was really too comfortable~ For breakfast, the two waitresses recommended us what to eat, and brought us tea and fruit plates, the service was especially good~ plus chicken legs!

Don't be fooled by the name, it doesn't meet this standard! Such a good price, but the overall standard doesn't match. It's the same as the other building's standard. The breakfast is even worse than that in the vegetable market. There are so many things. We walked around for 20 minutes and couldn't find a place to sit. We asked their service staff, and they found us a seat in a far, remote corner. We got a seat, but the breakfast seemed different. So they took us to this low-standard restaurant! Our family of three was not happy with the meal at all, and the fried rice made our teeth crack! There was no queue for noodles, and the other food was just like a 200-300 yuan hotel breakfast, which didn't match our 1200 yuan room rate. Poor!

A very satisfying stay. Xiao Qian at the front desk was enthusiastic and thoughtful. He recommended Datong's special restaurants, snacks and tourist attractions in great detail, gave us welcome fruits, and thoughtfully asked the waiter to bring a humidifier. The room is very comfortable, and the smart phone is a highlight. The evening buffet and breakfast are great, rich in variety and delicious. I especially recommend the haggis, which tastes great. I am very grateful to Bai Xuefeng, Wu Yanchun and Zhang Zhifang from the Western Restaurant for their warm and thoughtful service during the meal. It was the warm service of the above four people that made our trip to Wyndham very satisfying and comfortable.
