There was no compensation for the subsequent delay in work after the broken hand, and we had made great concessions in the final negotiations. The injury was originally caused by the safety defect of the stair handrail. I am really disappointed with this hotel. You can judge for yourself with such a service concept. There are many places where you can take pictures, but a service industry has such an attitude in protecting the safety of customers' lives and respecting basic human rights. It is horrible. Moreover, the room facilities and decoration are really not worth the price. The shower room is extremely inconvenient, and the construction materials are not well made. It is at the level of a basic homestay, but there are many 4/5-star big brand hotels in Datong, and the price is only half of this. You can judge for yourself.

Taking a shower in the bathroom is also a big problem. This is the first time I have encountered a faucet in a luxury boutique hotel that can't control the size of the water flow, and can only adjust the temperature. And the shower area is half open, without any cover, so every time after taking a shower, the water can directly overflow outside. The water pressure in the bathroom is so high that you feel like an aunt is rubbing your back... You can't even cry out in pain 😣 And there are no hooks in the bathroom, so in winter, after taking a shower, you have to shiver and blow air to dry outside and put on clothes... Really... This is really painful for me as a southerner... I hope the hotel can improve and don't waste such a beautiful view
