Very good hotel, cheap and clean, large space, and comfortable bedding

The front desk saw that we were with our children and gave us a small gift. The room was spacious and clean, and the children were very happy staying there.

Godly operation of hotel 1️⃣After checking in, the TV could not be turned off and the remote control had no battery. 2️⃣The wifi shows that it is free for 24 hours, but it has been unable to connect. 3️⃣The hotel has no hot water. It shows a 5-star hotel. 5-star requires hot water to come out in 15 seconds. I left it for 20 minutes with the waiter, but no hot water came out. 3 waves of people came and it couldn’t be repaired, so I couldn’t change the room. Take a bath. 4️⃣ I doubt that the hotel arranged a problem room or a ** room

I found a relatively new and high-end local hotel on Ctrip, but when I was lying on the bed, I found long spider webs hanging from the ceiling above the bed. It was really disgusting. But I won't stay here again at any price. First, the receptionist at the front desk was very unprofessional and did not take the initiative to inform us of the matters that should be informed, such as the time and location of breakfast, how to use the complimentary bathing tickets, etc. When I checked in, I made the wrong key card and couldn't get into the room. I had to go back to the front desk to have my key card redone. Secondly, the cleanliness of the room was terrible, the stains on the carpet were disgusting to look at, and there were all kinds of bugs in the shower room. The most unbearable thing was that a cicada was barking next to my head all night. I live on the 10th floor, so it couldn't be outside the house. It was most likely in the bed box. Third, the facilities are very poor and the mattress is extremely hard. I personally feel it is a bit uncomfortable. There is beautiful glue on the cabinet. The slippers are of poor quality. The refrigerator is empty. Fourth, the location is very remote and it is inconvenient to go to scenic spots. Fifth, the breakfast is not delicious. The only advantage is that the bath center downstairs is very good. The bathing pool is large and the temperature is right. The scrub is very good, the technique is good, the strength is strong, and the price is affordable. It is recommended that everyone take a bath. You can ask Master Li to give you a rub.
