The few days I stayed in Datong were the most comfortable days I stayed in during my whole trip to Shanxi. For me, who is a germaphobe, the Hualu Hotel is completely up to standard. Everything from toiletries to in-house facilities are high-end, far beyond five-star. The only shortcoming is the breakfast, which needs to be improved~

住的瀛湖府（也就是花鹿裏面高級一點的房間），先説結論：不值得。
首先，性價比極低，我知道國慶大同住宿是貴的，但是這個比後面住的太原喜來登還要貴很多，比性價比極高的太原湖濱國際更是貴了兩倍不止。貴我也接受了，但你最好物有所值，然而沒有。先説一下這個“偽四合院”，對，就是“偽四合院”，自始至終沒有人告訴過我，就是在一個室內樓層裏裝修出了四合院，不露天的，所謂天井也是假的，所以可以説是毫無感覺，就是房間，沒啥意思，我甚至覺得這個“不露天的四合院”需要在詳情頁着重強調，不然都是詐騙。
其次，搞了一個管家，口頭上跟我説24小時服務，結果早上6:48發微信要兩瓶礦泉水（因為要去雲岡石窟）等了一會兒沒回我，然後打微信電話，不接，最後還得打前台電話，不是，這個貴一點的瀛湖府還得比一般的房間多兩個步驟唄？請問這個管家的作用在哪？終於管家來送水了，我們就提出了這個問題，結果管家白眼一翻：我們也要休息的呀！不是，你自己説的24h，你要是不説，我也不煩你。然後管家帶着我們去餐廳，在前面還重重歎了口氣，生怕我們聽不見🙃。整個過程，管家更多的就是一個噱頭，一直標榜自己帕爾馬的洗漱、科勒的衞浴、戴森的吹風機，可是這些都是包含在房費裏的，服務卻是沒看見一點。
早餐種類也不算豐富。最後，服務兩星給經理面子吧，最後態度還是給到了，希望以後還是重視服務吧，真的很不上心了。
