Facilities: relatively new, with a lot of water
Hygiene: OK, the toilet smells a little bit
Environment: It is relatively close to the train station and the one-day tour meeting point, and there are occasional train sounds at night, but the overall is still very good.

設施：房間面積很大，三口之家住着很寬敞，房間的傢俱設定合理，能滿足一切需求。
衞生：很乾凈，沒有任何味道。毛巾和刷牙杯都是一次性的，用起來很放心。
環境：酒店位置好，距離大同城牆很近，樓下就有永輝超市。停車方便，地下停車場超級大，車位超級充足。
服務：酒店服務熱情，第一天發現花灑有問題，酒店馬上就換了新的，好的服務讓人住起來很舒服，會強烈推薦任何去大同的朋友住這裏。

自駕游到大同看雲岡石窟。在山西第四天，也是住的性價比最高的酒店。細節都做的很好，非常乾淨，前台的妹妹態度也很好！因為是華住會的會員，又贈送了一份麥當勞早餐。停車在地下，酒店報銷。很方便。全滿分好評！

本來想訂漢庭，沒有親子房了，第一次住海友，總體感覺還行，和漢庭裝修差不多粗看差不多，細節上還是有待提高，廁所燈要麼全開要麼全關，孩子睡覺我洗漱晃眼，房子比較侷促有點緊湊了，廁紙位置不合理，，不帶早點，需要的話是15元的麥當勞早餐外賣，好似沒有餐廳。不太好找，和民宿在同一個樓裏。

服務：選擇海友酒店，完全是被他家回覆客人的評論吸引了，非常有心用心的客服，不是千篇一律敷衍了事複製粘貼，而是真的有趣有水平有誠意。
入住體驗好，前台服務熱情效率高，評論也是她們三個輪流回復的，誇讚她們對工作的用心和創意，為老闆慧眼選人點贊。同時為老闆點讚的是零食櫃裏，是真正的國產品牌白象方便麪，麪裏蔬菜包是大片的菜葉子，用料足，味道也是真的好。
設備設施：提供熱茶開水，微波爐，免費自助洗衣機烘乾機給懶人族和出差黨帶來方便快捷。需要什麼馬上就有服務機器人送到房間門口，科技感適合拍照。
衞生：房間準備着一次性的洗臉巾大浴巾，不用擔心傳統的衞浴巾消毒不徹底的問題，還有馬桶專用袋。
唯一就是晚上的供暖温度調到29度了還是有些不熱，上午醒來温度正常温暖。整體來説，是一次滿意的入住體驗。
周邊環境：出火車站幾百米就到酒店樓下，電梯直上21層。先辦理好入住，想逛吃買的話，下樓幾百米就是愛琴海商場和大超市。想進古城遊覽也很近，步行或者出租車起步價，火車站站前廣場是公交站去哪兒都方便。

在大同，住這個酒店還是挺好的，房間比較乾淨，空間也比較大，整體來説還是不錯的，在漢庭酒店的隔壁入口稍微有點隱蔽，如果有明確的指引就好了。
