I chose this hotel blindly when I came to Datong. The location of the hotel is easy to find. If you take a taxi into the south city and get off, it is easy to find. The room shows that it can accommodate four people, and there are exactly four of us. The hotel directly provided toiletries for three people, two beds, and the quilt in the loft was too small, so I asked the boss for a small quilt. The quilt was the kind of summer quilt. Fortunately, there was air conditioning in the room, otherwise I would not be able to sleep at night when the temperature dropped below minus degrees.

The room is clean and tidy, the toiletries are all from Herborist, the owner is very particular, the breakfast is also very comfortable, and a small gift was given when checking out. I will book this hotel again next time I have the chance!

It is not like the noise in the south of the city. It is definitely comfortable and satisfying here. The service of the girl at the front desk is in place. She can think of the unexpected for you. Even if you get up early and go out on the road, you will help prepare breakfast in advance and eat on the road. Although the breakfast is not as rich as the hotel, it is clean and hygienic, and it is definitely the same. Arrived at the hotel and greeted by friendly staffs. The room is big and comfortable. Staff readily offered to help me with transport to Yungang grottos. And thanks to them, I also managed to get transport and ticket to the Hanging Temple. Breakfast is fantastic too (although it was the same noodle for 2 days 😄). The hotel is also conveniently located at the foot of the ancient wall north gate, and I can enjoy myself quite late into the night without worry for safety. After 3 nights stay, the staff sent me off with a big smile. Overall, my stay in Datong is fantastic. Thank you ☺️

My family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed at 陆合景客栈 for 2 nights when we visited Datong. The hotel was very beautiful, and the family room was excellent. The beds we comfortable, and the room was very well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel was very nicely decorated to match the atmosphere of the ancient city. I would like to especially give commendations to Ms 任红霞 and Mr 付强. Both of them provided exceptionally good service during our stay and made sure that all our questions and needs were fulfilled. They are exceptional staff of the hotel and I hope the hotel management rewards them for their hard work. Highly recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for accommodation in Datong ancient city.

I am from Malaysia, totally obsessed with this place and location, the person in charge, the lady explained to us the story and the history of this 2000 years old building Old Pipa ,I know is the old building with historic but didn't know the much story behind until I Google it, very appreciated that we still able to enjoy such a beautiful and well maintained room and building . The room come with a/c,hot shower smart toilet bowl, slipper and toothbrush and kettle. Breakfast is good. Love it. Hope people that come to stay here spent some time on the architectural and antiques that display in the duilding. Will definitely introduce to my friends and family if they visit 山西。

The room is very clean, the staff is very enthusiastic, the courtyard is clean and quiet, it is very far from Huayan Temple by a road, and it is very quiet to sleep at night.
