This hotel is heavily oriented towards families with children. (as in it's a staycation if you have children) Some of the facilities have not been updated for some time. Due to aging, cleanliness levels are not at its best. Room sizes are huge, sheets are relatively clean but the toilets are just too small for a grown size adult. No laundry rooms are available, breakfast and dinner buffets are not really that tasty, but they do offer a wide variety. WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AND DO NOT PLAN ON GOING OUT TO EXPLORE.

Visit again the next year Suitable for those who like taking pictures, playing tricks, or taking a bath. The restaurant has a game area There is also a paid game area in B1. It is not expensive and there is a fee to enter. You have to take off your shoes. Rock Climbing Ball Pool Swing Maze It is recommended to stay for 2 nights so that the children can have enough fun The room type that I stayed in last year was a bit older because it was barrier-free. Staying in a double room this time is relatively novel, with a large space and a small living room. My favorite hotel, food and facilities Delicious and diverse ingredients The children’s food section is very unique It is worth taking children and elders to go There are small activities in the hotel. Even if you don’t understand Japanese, you can participate in the bingo game. If time permits next year, I will visit again

Let’s talk about the advantages first: It’s a very cute family hotel with very new equipment. The children’s buffet bar is very cute. There are many types of restaurants, but almost all of them are fried foods that children like. There is a children’s playroom in the restaurant. Children love ice cream and wagyu, which is delicious. It’s outdoor The swimming pool water is very clean and connected to the large hot spring pool, so you won't catch a cold. Disadvantages: The communication between the hotel staff is not very good. You have to check in by yourself. Moreover, I booked a room for three people, but they only gave us a double room and did not make extra beds. We had to communicate with the hotel staff for a long time to help us deal with it. I booked a room for two adults and one child and then charged me an entrance fee for young children. It was very inconvenient to book a room for two adults and one child and then charge it later. Part of the floor of the outdoor swimming pool is abraded and is quite painful. Children may be injured if they accidentally scratch it, so be careful. The buffet in the restaurant almost contains food that children love to eat. There are many types but nothing special, but it is easy to take pictures.

There are plenty of activities and play areas for children to enjoy, and the spacious, relaxing space is fantastic! The staff were very kind and polite, which was very appreciated! The large bath and rooms were relaxing! The food was also plentiful, with a wide variety of options, and we were very satisfied!!

The bathroom was in a bad condition, with towels still there from the day before and no tissues provided, so I wondered if it hadn't been checked. The location was great.

Like other hot spring hotels, the room is hot and the bathroom is very small. You have to be careful when putting your clothes and turning around. The staff are very enthusiastic, and the staff in the restaurant also provide thoughtful reminders about meal times. There are also facilities for children to play in the restaurant. Parents can rest assured to eat and watch at the same time.

There are children must recommend this although in the mountains but the air is very good with a swimming pool and a hot spring restaurant also has a place for children's games Food, although biased towards children but still possible I think breakfast is richer than dinner right.

It was a hot spring trip that kids didn't get bored of and adults were satisfied with! My son seemed very happy to receive a prize at the bingo tournament.

A comment from a ********* From the perspective of looking forward to a family hotel, let me first say that what I want to leave is a negative review. But at the beginning I want to talk about the advantages of this hotel. I checked in at the beginning of February. The hotel must have been recently renovated. The overall facilities and space are very good, and the snowy scenery outside the window is also beautiful. The room has a large space and the decoration is very new. However, the cleaning part is not very accurate. I will add this later. Special mention should be made of the dinner. The dishes are very diverse and very delicious. For children, there is a special food area for children. Children like it very much. There is also a play area next to it, where children can have fun after eating, and parents can have a good meal. Breakfast is also very diverse, but I think it is not so outstanding for dinner, but the overall meal part, the flow of the restaurant, etc. are very good. Now that I have talked about the advantages, I would like to talk about the reasons why I want to leave a comment. Mainly a family hotel, the hotel has planned two children's recreation spaces. One is next to the lobby counter and the other is in the basement. When I arrived on the same day, I first went to the recreation area in the lobby (there is a ball pool in the area, and then there is a recreation area with inflatable equipment). When I went in to inquire, the female employee in the reception area had an obviously impatient expression. I was told that I was not buying tickets here, so after thanking me, I went out to the front desk and asked where to buy tickets. (I should mention here that the ticket buying logic in this area is very strange). I first bought an admission ticket for 1,000 YEN per person. Fee, returned to the area and handed the ticket to the female employee, and then went in to play (the female employee did not make any moves at this time). Halfway through the game, the employee suddenly came in, with the same very impatient expression, and informed us through a translator You can't play here without paying. We were told that the 1,000 YEN ticket is only for the ball pool in front, and we need to buy additional tickets for the inflatable area next to it. So after discussing it, we decided not to play and instead went downstairs to have a look. When I arrived at the second children's play area downstairs, I took a name tag I had just received after payment (which is a proof of payment) and asked the male employee in that area if the payment in the two areas was the same. The male employee told me that it was different. I had to buy another ticket, which was also 1,000 YEN per person. I asked the children and said they wanted to play, so I paid. (There are also rock climbing equipment in this area, which also cost extra) From the above, everyone feels that since it is a family hotel, I agree with the charge for children's entertainment area planning, but it should be more clearly marked or informed. The current feeling is that all facilities require extra charges, and the charging logic is also very strange. The waiter's impatience also gave people a very uncomfortable feeling. Finally, overall, the hotel facilities are very good, the bathhouse is also very large, and there is an outdoor hot spring paddling pool (swimming suits are required in this area, we did not use it). The meals are also great, but if you see the hotel's parent-child facilities and Friends who have decided to come here should reconsider. I think this hotel is not child-friendly. But if it's for restaurants, bathhouses, rooms, etc., I think it's a very good choice. To make up for the lack of cleanliness in the room, as soon as you enter the toilet, the scale on the faucet is very obvious (see photo). Then we entered the bathroom, and a layer of dust was visible to the naked eye on the upper part of the cabinet (no photo, I tried to take a photo but couldn't get the feeling of dust). Above, check-in date is February 4, 2024.

The best facility of the hotel is that there is a free shuttle bus at the Sapporo train north exit. This hotel is definitely suitable for a family trip. Breakfast and dinner are very delicious. The hot springs are both indoors and outdoors, but without sacrificing it, the front desk staff has a very good attitude. , there is a foreign counter staff who is very friendly, dedicated, and makes you feel at home.

The hotel facilities seemed to be optimized for families traveling with children. There are facilities and programs that children will enjoy, so I think it would be a good place to stay as a family and use the facilities. The condition of the room was clean and not bad, with no major differences from the photos, but the air conditioning in the room was a bit disappointing.

This time, I stayed for one night while skiing in Rusutsu. Check-in was late and check-out was early, so I was unable to use all of the facilities due to my short stay, but I felt it was a very good hotel for families with children. Unfortunately, the temperature of the open-air bath was lukewarm and the buffet operation was not very good. Especially for breakfast, the layout of the dishes was such that there were unnecessary lines. There are three islands where the dishes are arranged, each with a different theme, but the main dishes are all in one place, and the tables with the dishes are spread out all around, so there is nothing to worry about. The front and back of the line of people queuing up without thinking are connected, making it difficult to tell where they are starting from, making it very difficult for people who want to pick up their food at a pinpoint point, and also resulting in a lot of wasted queuing, which leads to rotation of customers. It seemed like it was affecting the rate as well. Since we didn't have much time, we ended up choosing island cuisine as our main dish, which was not available in line, and ended up with a very incomplete breakfast. I was disappointed that the breakfast, which was the last event of my stay, left a bad impression, but everything else was very good, so I would like to stay for more than one night in the summer next time. The facility is wonderful, but I would like them to at least improve their operations so that breakfast, which is the start of the day, does not leave a bad impression.
