一個來自台灣人的評論
以一個期待親子飯店的角度，先說我要留的是負評。
不過開頭我想先說說此飯店的優點。
我是二月初入住的，飯店應該是剛翻新過的，整體設施跟空間都很不錯，窗外的雪景也很美。
房間的空間很大，裝潢很新，唯獨清潔部分沒有做到很確實，此點在稍後補充。
特別要提的是晚餐的部分，菜色非常多樣也非常好吃，針對小孩的部分，有設立一區小孩食物專區，
小孩非常喜歡，旁邊也有一區遊樂區，讓小孩吃飽後可以在此玩樂，爸媽可以好好用餐。
早餐也是非常多樣，不過想對於晚餐就顯得沒那麼突出，但整體餐點部分、餐廳的動線等，都很不錯。
優點說完了，接下來想說說讓我想上來留下評論的原因，
以親子飯店為主，飯店規劃了兩個兒童遊憩的空間，
一個在大廳櫃檯旁邊，另一個在地下室。
當日抵達，先到了大廳那個遊憩區(該區進去有一個球池，再往裡面有充氣設備的遊樂區)，進去詢問時 該區接待女員工不耐的表情非常明顯，
並告知我不是在此購票，於是我道謝了之後出來到前台詢問了買票的地方，(這邊要提一下，此區的購票邏輯非常奇怪)，先買了一人1000 YEN的入場費，回到該區把票交給女員工，接著就進去玩了(此時女員工並無任何動作)，玩到一半該名員工突然進來，還是一樣非常不耐的表情，並用翻譯告知我們沒有付錢不可以在此玩，告知我們那1000YEN的門票 只有前面的球池，旁邊的充氣區還要再另外購票。於是我們討論之後就決定不玩了，改去樓下看看。
到了樓下的第二個兒童遊憩區，我拿了剛剛付款後拿到的一個名牌(就是一個付過錢的證明)詢問該區男員工，這兩區付費是否相同，男員工告知不一樣，要再另外購票，也是一人1000 YEN，詢問了孩子們說想玩，我也就付了錢。(此區還有攀岩設備，也是要再另外付費)
以上，各人感覺，既然是親子飯店出發，對於孩童遊憩的區域規劃，要收費我同意，但是應該更清楚的標示或告知。目前給人的感覺就是，甚麼設施都要額外收費，收費邏輯也非常奇怪。
該服務員的不耐也給人一種非常不舒服的感覺。
最後，整體來說，飯店設施非常不錯，澡堂也很大，戶外還有一個溫泉戲水池(此區需要穿著泳衣，我們沒有使用到)，餐點也很棒，但若是看到飯店親子設施而決定要前來的朋友們，是可以再考慮一下，我認為此飯店對於兒童並不友善。
但若衝著餐廳、澡堂、房間等，我覺得是一個非常不錯的選擇。
補充房間清潔不到位的部分，一進到廁所，水龍頭上面的水垢非常明顯(見照片)。
接著進到浴室，櫃子上層部分肉眼即可見一層灰塵(無照，試著要拍但是拍不出灰塵的感覺)。

這是一個親子設施完善的飯店
有室外溫水泳池、大眾湯、大廳有簡單的遊戲區釣魚架，還有飲料跟糖果時間，b1有付費遊戲區蠻大的、用餐區非常大也漂亮餐點豐富很多樣。有專屬小孩的取餐區、遊戲區。
我是住無障礙房比較舊一點乾淨度普遍
廁所浴室分開還不錯
地點偏僻 推薦自駕來

호텔 시설은 아이를 동반한 가족 여행에 최적화 되어 있는 것 같았어요. 아이들이 좋아할 만한 시설과 프로그램이 준비되어 있어 가족 단위로 숙박하며 부대시설 이용하기 좋을 것 같다는 생각입니다. 객실 컨디션은 사진과 큰 차이 없이 나쁘지 않은 청결 상태였으나 객실 냉방시설이 조금 아쉬웠어요.

今回はルスツでスキーをする際の宿として1泊滞在しました。
チェックインも遅く、チェックアウトも早かった為滞在時間が短く施設を利用しきれなかったのですが、子連れ家族にとても良いホテルだと感じました。
残念だったのは、露天風呂の温度がぬるかった事と、ブュッフェのオペレーションがあまり良くなかった事。
特に朝食は料理の配置のせいもあり、無駄に並んでしまうレイアウトになっていた。
料理の並べる島が3つあり、それぞれテーマが異なっているのだが、メインとなる料理が一つに固まっているのと、料理の置いてあるテーブルが一周グルっとなっている為、何も考えずに並ぶ人達の列の先頭と最後尾が繋がっていてどこから並んでいるか分かりづらい為、ピンポイントで料理が取りたい人にとってとても取りづらく、且つ非常に無駄に並ぶことになる為客の回転率にも影響している様に感じた。
時間があまりなかった為結局並んでいない島の料理をメインに取ることになり凄く不完全燃焼感の残った朝食になってしまった。
滞在の最後のイベントでもある朝食の印象が悪かったのが残念だったが、朝食以外はとても良かったので次回は夏に複数泊してみたいとも思った。
施設としては素晴らしいので、せめて1日のスタートでもある朝食に悪印象の残らない様オペレーションの改善をして欲しい。
