I just visited Summit Hermon in the last week and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent.I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms. I would love to visit again.,, ❤️

Very old property, interior of rooms is also not up-to-date, room size is much smaller compared to as shown in images. No room service at all after 10 pm. Staff was well behaved and courteous. Will not recommend to anyone coming for leisure to book this property.

Food was great but location is quite difficult and confusing. And rooms are closed to the reception and room was small but it was nice . But when we entered in the hotel room there was a welcome letter but it was for another person. It looks we were in the someone’s room, I felt disrespectful. Anyways hotel staff was amazing.

The hotel is very good. It is nearly 2 km from the Mall Road, Darjeeling. The room of the hotel is also good, well maintained, but not much spacious. According to the view, there are two types of room available in the hotel - valley view and road view. In the top floor some attic room is available - as per my opinion these room is better than other road view room. The food quality is good, but cost is in the higher side. The behavior of all the staff of the hotel is very good, polite and all are very helpful. Overall experience of the stay at Summit Hermon Hotel, Darjeeling is good.

Very bad experience. Booked four rooms . Had to wait for 1:30 hours in reception. Then handed us the door key and when we went the room was not made . Filthy dirty . Worst experience ever in my life . Will never recommend anyone even in ur wildest dream don’t come and regret

The front desk staff - Bishal and Arjun were very cordial and helpful. The dinning room staff were very patient and polite. Chef Kiran's cooking was excellent, he had cooked some wonderful local cuisine , would strongly recommend to eat here Overall a very good experience
