The property I found is really appreciable. I really got the good service their. I would like to thank Mr. Roshan Kumar ,Rajni and the house keeping team for the lovely token of love teddy from 207 room no. Rest all team members having a good behaviour.

Excellent spread and service. The selection of food items were absolutely amazing and there were food items from around the world. We were given exceptional service by Regina and Subhradeep, our servers, who looked after our every whim and fancy. It was a fantastic Christmas lunch and the kids as well as the adults were satisfied and happy.

The property is excellent. The service provided is extremely superb. And i found the House keeping staffs are good and i would like to special thank to Mr. Roshan kumar from house keeping. As he is really so polite in nature and behaviour. Thankyou.

Unacceptable service and pathetic hygiene Used toiletries and slippers Guest were invited for hi tea and made to stand in queues like beggars to beg for snacks, even after that they were not getting. Less than 50 percent people could enjoy hi tea Smelly washrooms and room Unprofessional staff with lack of communication skills Common toilet next to reception was stinking and urine stains on all pots Smelly rooms with no basic air freshener, forget experience and aroma.

Property is amazing and refreshingly new. Very courteous staff who gleefully accepted all our requests. Special mention for Saroj and Sohum. Way to go both for prioritising customer service. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Tea Tapri was also good.

The stay was superb . Mr Ghanshyam , Mr Soham Mr Laxminarayan and Mr Sahil provided us great hospitality. Over all the property is well maintained and very clean . The location is very good .Mr family enjoyed the stay. Mayfair as a group is superb .
