Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa

The food was average with no european options, rooms were dated and cold. Hot water was intermittent. Loud music kept us awake on more than one occasion. Take my advice stay somewhere else, much better Hotels in Darjeerling and better value.

Located on the Mall road, 7-10 min walk to the famous Kevs. Though the road is super crowded with cars, in fact the entire Darjeeling was cramped up during the holidays . We were in a mountain view room and Kanchanjunga didn't disappoint us even on a single day...even the food in the hotel was sumptuous.

The property is very centrally located and within walking distance of Mall Road. The staff is also very courteous and prompt with their response. I would like to make special mention of the staff at the restaurant - Roshna, Sushant, Siwa, Yogesh and Prawesh. Prawesh is an excellent singer as well and made our dinner at the restaurant all the more delightful. Travelling with a 3 yr old didn’t seem tough with the hotel staff catering to all possible requirements. An added bonus is that the hotel rooms also have an excellent view of the Kanchenjunga.

We stayed in Summit Swiss Heritage it's a beautiful Property located near to the mall road as we stayed in the morden wing the view from the room was just awesome and the rooftop terrace view was just beautiful we loved our stay in Summit Swiss we will visit again with our family and will recommend this property to our friends. Last but not the least the staff behaviour was top notch ever smiling faces.

Very great and clean property. Rooms were spacious and hotel ambiance was very good. Very polite and friendly staff. Special mention for the F&B staff: Aita,Roshna,Suresh,Shiva for their service, hospitality and polite behaviour. They have arranged live singing in the dining area for entertainment by One of their staff named Pravesh. He sings both hollywood a bollywood songs really good and his voice was really soothing. Pravesh is a really excellent singer who reads a room well and engages with the audience. This enhanced our dining experience. We had booked their breakfast and dinner package. Each and every dish was very delicious thanks to chef Suren. On our last day we wanted to have something different so we ordered red sauce pasta and fries which were very tasty and appetizing. I have tried pasta from lots of places but this one was amazing and it had an authentic Italian taste with a small hint of Indian seasoning. Fries were also very good. Apart from this starters, main course, breakfast everything was perfect. They also serve some local dishes for breakfast. The whole team was friendly and polite with their customers. Hotel location was perfect and it is located at a walking distance from mall road. We can also see Kanchenjunga ranges from hotel. Property was clean, cozy, warm, and very photogenic. Would highly recommend this property.

It was memorable stay and dinning the best experience at Summit swiss Darjeeling. Restaurant staff so really polite and dedicated for service. Thanks to F&B staff Aita, Roshana, Sushant ,Shiva .all service with smiling. Thanks to Chef Suren for delicious food served . Staff Pravesh is best singer who sing song at dinner time for Guest .
