As per our requirement, we had a good family stay in n rs norling. Food preparation is very good and staff is also customer friendly. Overall i am satisfied as per their pricing, mmt discount and what i got.

Stay was good. Hotel is neat and clean. Staff is also good in behavior. But as we did online booking for 3 days, they changed our room all the 3 days saying room were pre-booked. Although we booked rooms of same category.

Hi, I have booked this Hotel for Diwali 2024, I have eaten best food in Eastern in NRS. Best Services in Darjeeling for food n everything. Staff is very Good. Services are outstanding. Staff is very helpful. They have helped a lot in sightseeing and offbeat locations

First of all the view is amazing from antique room that we booked. Room service personnel are very kind and apt in their service. Breakfast buffet is quite good. We liked our stay.

About 10 min walk from chowrasta. The mountain view is very pretty. Rooms are spacious. The geysers are very good.

Terrible experience. Booked for two days. Zero cooperation, worst service, not a 3 star hotel. Think before you book.
