Room was not maintain properly. Bathroom door was broken and drainage of bathroom was not good. Tea bag was not provided in room and complimentary breakfast was not hygiene and proper. Okay done. I have not taken photographs.

It's ok for male friends going darjeeling to enjoy. Staying in hotel for sleeping and bathing. Rooms are very cold.

Everything is ok but hotel room doesn't clean everyday and room service is very bad. Tv is working fine but subscribe only minimum pack where no hindi channel is available.

We booked standard room which was good for the price we paid. The room was very clean and with fresh odour. People are very helpful and very polite.

Mountain view rooms are very good. Floor carpet is required in all rooms. Geyser facility required 24 hours. Breakfast is good enough. It is requested to add one sweet with it. I house restaurant facility is must. Without restaurant visitors face problem in their hectic tour. Behavior of manager & staff members are excellent. Hotel is far about 20-25 minutes distance from mall. Problem for aged and knee patients. Other it is ok.

The staff are very good. The manager, shri pradeep ji is an absolute asset to any hotel owner. He combines his age and his professional knowledge to serve the guests to the best extent. The rooms are simple and might need a little bit of improvement.
