Réservation confirmée, mail de mise à disposition du logement, arrivée sur place 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Ont se présente à la réception et là la réceptionniste nous annonce que l'appartement n'est pas dispo. Elle nous propose 2 appartements sans communication et je lui dit, on fait comment avec nos enfants ? La réponse de la réceptionniste est, debrouiller sa ne me regarde pas. C'est pas mon problème... On commande une ”FERRARI ” et on vous livre une ”2 CV”. Un manque d'empathie monstrueux de cette personne. Comment faire avec 2 enfants, le soir à 19h00 ? Reprendre une nouvelle location... Mais bien sûr sans aucun geste commercial de leurs parts... Une signalisation de l'établis*****t sera déposée aux autorités compétentes en la matière. Franchement fuyez cette enseigne... Lamentable, à bannir...

The hotel was really nice, clean and cozy. I like it. I was lucky because I am a smoker and they gave me studio on floor (-1) next to the garden’s door. Unexpected floor (-1) was ok. The room was bright and the bed was so good. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice and the hotel is near to tram (T6) and bus stop — approx. 40-50 min from the centre of Paris. There are restaurants and fitness centre around the hotel. It was a good experience.

Well, we spent 3 days in this apartment, I advise it very much. Cleanliness, soundproofing, parking and I add cleanliness because for my part it's the main criterion I'm looking for. The staff is very at the listening and does not hesitate to take a little time for their clients. Personnel aux petits soins avec leur clientèle. Le seul bêmol est l'odeur des eaux-de-feux mais selon ce que j'ai remarqué c'est sur tout le site . Just this game to improve the rest is TOP. Finally a true 3 stars. Thank you for everything.

The apartment had a dirty mock, the pad was sticky, the pad was not completely empty, a lot of dust on the furniture (table feet, and chairs, TV), there was a missing pad, badly soundless apartment: The apartment was located in the garden floor, under the foot floor. A wheelchair could have been installed for more safety at this level. I was given a smoking room on the second floor despite the non-smoking preference. The room was spartan and the furniture was worn. There was rubbish under the washbasin, the pillows smelled of sweat and the mattress was sagging. The window looked directly onto a motorway. You had the choice between ventilation or traffic noise. The service staff was friendly and tried hard (No everyone was able to speak English). On the third day we got an alternative room on the fourth floor which was ok! Breakfast was good! The breakfast room was undersized for the number of hotel guests room for 20 people, but in the period 07-08.00 o'clock there were twice as many people in the room. Not so nice after 2 years of Corona...

KKelLy.KWe stayed only one night here to visit the Palace de Versailles. This hotel was no shortcoming for us in terms of location, service, facilities, amenities, etc. If I have to say one thing then the over-night parking fee was a bit expensive. There’s no doubt that this hotel would be the best choice in the area and of course I’d like to stay here when we visit Versailles again.

GGuest UserJ'ai dormi dans cet appart hôtel le 14 février 2023, avec mon fils de 8 ans. Très bien situé par rapport au château et assez fonctionnel. Cependant j'ai été très déçue et dégoutée de l'odeur dans la chambre.. Odeur de moisi, humidité ou égout, on ne sait pas trop.. Chambre 41 au 4ème étage à éviter. J'ai envoyé une réclamation par mail après avoir signalé ce problème à la réception, car la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas vraiment, certaines chaînes TV non plus.. Bref, 106 euros la nuit à respirer je ne sais quoi.. Une responsable m'a appelée suite à mon mail.. Me proposant.... Attention roulement de tambour... UNE BOÎTE DE CHOCOLATS EN DÉDOMMAGEMENT !! Ou une réduction sur une prochaine visite, alors que je suis sûre de ne pas y retourner.. Le pire étant que d'autres avis sont similaires au mien concernant les odeurs, aux mêmes dates et antérieurs... Pourtant la responsable m'a dit que le problème avait été réglé il y a quelques mois. Donc sachez que vous risquez de tomber dans une chambre où clairement ça sentira très mauvais.. Et qu'aucun dédommagement ne vous sera proposé à part du chocolat si vous réservez sur booking.. Une honte pour un endroit pareil !

GGuest UserLocated at less than 500 metres walking from the entrance of the Palace of Versailles, and with a nice selection of restaurants just around the corner, this hotel could not be better located. In addition to its central location, the hotel is also in a quiet street. The room I stayed in was fairly small, but more than enough for my needs. The bathroom was well arranged, be it that the opening to get in and out of the shower was a bit on the narrow side. The bed was very comfortable and ideal for resting after a day long of exploring the Versailles gardens. The only thing ”missing” in the room was an air-conditioning system, but this was compensated by a sturdy ventilator fan. Breakfast was as expected and well stocked with a good selection of fruit juices. The cherry on top of the cake, however, is the staff. People at the reception were all very friendly and helpful and make their guests feel right at home. They even lent me a cable to charge my phone after I lost mine. I definitely recommend this lovely little hotel, and will stay there again the next time I visit Versailles.

Arrived late in the rain and he went out of his way to get us organised even getting himself wet showing us where the car park was. AAnnMayTravellingI was staying at the Holiday Inn on a business trip to Velizy. The hotel was quite nice and the room was clean. I was greeted friendly when checking in and otherwise the service was good. The breakfast was quite big and had a good variety for a hotel in this category. The TV programs offered in the room were only in French, so in case your French is medium make sure to bring something to read or watch while in your room. For those of you who would like to visit Versailles from this hotel, a very convenient bus connection leaves right in front of the hotel. It takes about 30 minutes to go to Versailles. All in all I had a good stay for the price I paid.

FFANGAfter experiencing 2 days of crowded and small rooms in the center of Paris, it is a surprise here. Breakfast is good, there is a steak house at the door, and Auchan and VELIZY2 to the east. It is very convenient for shopping and eating, and there are many Chinese tour groups.

林林肯Due to business trips, I found this hotel, located in an industrial area. The neighborhood is very deserted and no convenience store can be found. Several nearby restaurants are only open at noon. The hotel’s own restaurant is open for dinner at 19:00. I didn’t eat lunch. We are actually hungry. There are very few types of dinners. The waiter will tell you that there are basically no items on the menu, only the buffet (such simple stater). Then there is that kind of package, which is the buffet with meat (steak). Steak is the most in history. It’s unpalatable. I didn’t ask how much it was ripe, and there was no sauce to order. I came up with 2 servings. My overwell was completely burnt, dried out, and collapsed. The colleague’s is slightly better, but it’s not delicious., There is also a colleague’s Pizza. The foreign colleague said it’s too unpalatable. I’m so sorry for the French food. OK. All in all, the room is ok (for European travel, remember to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers), the restaurant still don’t eat it, and there is no breakfast. Any hot dishes are cold, except coffee
