How is this place only 3*??? This hotel is by far one of the most authentic, quaint -hotels I’ve stayed in. The vines on the terraces, the river literally on the doorstep, the beautiful clean rooms, the helpful & friendly staff, the central location, the garden (that I loved to sleep the afternoons away in on the hammock)…. I honestly could go on - everything mentioned was PERFECT!!! Dalyan town is minutes walk away and has everything you need. Every bar and restaurant you walk past, you’re greeted with a smile and a wave. Gone are the days abroad where they will drag you in and hound you to get into their establishments. Wasn’t hustled or mithered by anyone, anywhere. Was literally met by happy workers, locals and holidaymakers every place we visited. If you want a holiday that makes you emotional as it’s so beautiful and seemingly untouched with originality but has endless choice of places to eat, chill and watch the world go by venues. Look no further than Dalyan. Extra bonus for me was all the cats that live as strays are treated humanely, given names by the restaurants and fed daily by the restaurants. I’m a massive animal lover and to see none suffering and looking well-loved melted my heart. I didn’t have a meal anywhere without a little kitty cuddle (the cats leave you alone unless you approach them). Needless to say I was picking them up and they would sit with me for hours and I was in my element. I will be visiting again and of course wouldn’t stay anywhere else other than Portakal hotel

We stayed at Konak Su for a week in September, it was lovely. The pool is large and clean, the breakfast was great, the staff are lovely (especially the guy who worked the bar). Its a quiet and relaxing hotel only a 10 minute walk from the main ***** and river. The rooms were fairly small but plenty of room for us as a couple, the beds were firm but comfortable and the bathroom was great with a large shower. There was a fridge in our room that didn't work which was a shame but we didn't really need it, and the wifi didn't work at all while we were there but we were told this was an issue with the wifi in the area. The air con in the rooms was fantastic (and free) however I think it would be helpful if the hotel provided a warm/thick blanket, as it was too cold with the air con on, but still too warm with the 'fan' mode on, and the blanket provided was very thin. It would have been perfect to sleep with the air con on but under thicker blanket/duvet on the bed. Another highlight was the animals, the owners dog Chico was lovely and the family of kittens/cats that frequented the hotel were adorable, we spent much of our time cuddling or playing with the kittens and we miss them dearly!

Gorgeous apartment on the ground floor! Fully equipped with washer and dryer, fridge freezer, air con, sky TV, WiFi, huge double bedroom and large single sofa bed. All cooking equipment you'd need to make a simple meal. Small balcony enough space for 2 to sit out and watch the house chickens scurry about the garden. We only stayed overnight for a very early morning flight so didn't venture further than the fantastic little supermarket almost next door! Superb accommodation for what we needed . Finishing off a ten night stay here at L Hotel for my partners 30th birthday and I can honestly say it has been a holiday to remember. We got a swim up room which unfortunately was in the shade by 1pm however that didn’t put a shadow on our holiday as you can easily go the other side of the pool for more sun. The team are phenomenal and couldn’t do more to give you a good holiday. Ali was wonderful and put a smile on our face every evening. Devran (spelling here may be incorrect, so I apologise!) was always super helpful in the morning for breakfast and was always lovely in the town when we saw him also. All the team from reception, bar, kitchen, housekeeping and management all went above expectations and were always carrying a welcoming smile. The breakfast was lovely and refreshing which was Traditional Turkish Breakfast so may not be ideal for those who wish to have a Full English everyday but egg, sausage, beans are available if you ask. Food is well priced and delicious also with a wide variety of drinks available. This is a hidden gem as it is a 5 minute walk to the beach one way and 5 minute walk to the town in the opposite direction. So close to all amenities. Thank you L Hotel, it’s been wonderful!

This family owned hotel was simply perfect. It's a small hotel but luxurious at the same time. Room very well equiped, super clean, decorated and designed with taste. Owner super friendly and helpful. All was very well thought, bed even had pads to protect in case we bumped on it. Pool water was will natural salted system. Breakfast was all you can eat, delicious, tasty and food was fresh with lots of variety. I appreciated the fresh coffee and afternoon tea with home made cookies. Hotel was well situated and walking distance to center. THIS IS AN HIDDEN JEWEL with reasonable prices and has an ELEVATOR to get to 2nd floor. I'm a very demanding French Canadian lady and have only great things to say about this beautiful quiet hidden Gem hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfectly responsive and helpful staff! Excellent service! They were allowed to use the washing machine for free and on the day of departure - already after lunch (after the check-out) bought pizza for the removal - allowed to have lunch at their tables. Step-by-step central embankment. Clean rooms, bed, comfortable beds. Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
