The building is still quite high. If you have the highest, you can go to the ninth floor. Every floor is still OK. After all, the whole single building here is a hotel. The room is still close to the elevator, so it is quite good. It is more convenient to walk around.
This room is not big, but it is the latest Hanting standard decoration. It looks OK, and if you open the window, although there is no view, you can see a far place.
Overall, the size is about 20 square meters, less than 30 square meters, the wet and dry separation bathroom is still very good, the sink is also on the side of the entrance, are relatively clean, after all, the hotel is not particularly long.
If you live alone, it is actually not bad. But the sheets here are relatively thin. If they are thicker, they will be more comfortable to sleep. There is a small desk. This is really good.

It is very convenient to eat around the hotel. There are many kinds of food and good value for money. There is a university across the road from the hotel, which belongs to the student consumption circle. The room was renovated in July 2023, the internal facilities are quite new, and the bedding is very clean and the interior is made of imitation goose down. Disposable toiletries are complete, and there are 2 free bottles of mineral water. The receptionist at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped solve all kinds of problems. The soundproofing of the room was good. The accommodation room faced the room in the residential area, so it was quite quiet to sleep.
There are not many parking spaces in front of the hotel for self-driving parking. You can park in the residential area next to the hotel. You just have to spend some time looking for a parking space. Just drive around a few times and the parking space will be up to you. đ
The overall feeling is good, what kind of bicycle do you want at this price during the tourist season?

The room was clean and large. I guess there was an event, so I got a free room upgrade. The room included two breakfasts, which were pretty good. The hotel is less than 60 meters from the subway entrance, and there are many shopping malls around. The only downside is that we live on the street, and there are loudspeakers that repeatedly play breakfast for sale very early in the morning. In addition, the street next to the hotel is more likely to be blocked.

I accidentally found this hotel during the peak of summer. I am so grateful. The room is so big that the twin room is like two rooms. The refrigerator comes with free food and mineral water. Four bottles, two ices and two are at normal temperature. The security is very high. Minors are checked and the room card is strictly required. It is convenient to go to your own floor and the laundry room on the 7th floor. The bus is directly connected to the Natural History Museum and Black Reef Xinghai Park. Downstairs is the cinema and food court.

The staff were friendly. The room was a bit old but clean.
Walkable from the station. Entrring the building, I was little bit afraid that I had to go up to 3rd floor and further inside. If I had traveled Hongkong, I wouldnât have gone inside. However, it was safe and after that it looked kind of unique.

JJacob WayneThe hotel staff were so kind and friendly. They did not speak English but we're able to communicate using a translation APP. The brought extra water bottles to my room and asked about the room temperature. I ended up staying at my girlfriend's apartment instead of the hotel after the first night and they allowed me to cancel even though they didn't have to. I had ordered a jacket to be delivered to my room, which ended up arriving after I checked out. The hotel kept it for me and let me pick it up from there once delivered. The view from my room was awesome. The only negative was the walls were a little thin and I could hear the neighbors. I'd definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserMy family and I were amazed at this hotel! Since we were in Dalian in the dead of winter, I booked a hotel that my family (wife and 4 year old boy) would want to spend hours inside. This was just that! We booked the family room and when we came in, it was already setup with the special lights on full display! The gym was better than my local one that I overpay in, the pool was remarkable, and the food looked incredible. The only reason we didn't eat dinner was because we had local friends that took us to local restaurants. The location was terrific, right next to it were a bunch of delicious local Japanese restaurants. Absolutely book this hotel and if you're with a family book the family room! I want to give a special thanks to Bob çć for going out of his way to make our stay even more special!

GGuest UserThis second time staying here, like the first, didn't disappoint. As before, visiting during the off-peak time is ideal for a quiet, uncrowded getaway.
The sea-view room is welcoming and comfortable, with a view that is uncluttered and peaceful; opening the patio doors to the sound of waves rolling in equals instant relaxation. Aside from having a super comfortable bed and all the useful amenities one could need, there were simple niceties about the room, like the ability to adjust the temperature and fan speed (which runs quietly without disturbing sleep), ample hot water to fill a soaker tub, and multiple options for adjusting the room lighting.
The hotel is immaculately clean, the grounds are meticulously maintained, and access to the beach is just steps away. The breakfast is substantial, with a variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The staff was friendly and happy to care for our needs, even providing a power converter which I forgot to pack.
Those in search of a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the city can't go wrong by staying here. Highly recommend, and hope to visit again in the future. Hats off to the staff. ćč°˘ä˝ äťŹčŽŠć䝏ä˝ĺžçšĺŤčćďź

The breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty. Best breakfast buffet weâve had in China so far! The only improvement would be the smell of the bedding in the room. It smelled just a bit dusty.

LLearnedOverall, it was a great stay. The location can't be beat, for the price group, at least. Abundant restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk, along with the beachfront. To the right were most of the coffee shops, cafes, and supplies, and across the giant oval were the seafood restaurants. Nice options on the seafront, as well. For convenience items, go to the left and seek out the hidden allyway stores I found only on the last day. The hotel was clean and efficient but comfortable. Service was good in general, but fell short in a couple areas. Front desk and restaurant staff seems overtasked; they did a nice job, but needed additional hands. This was most visible in the small dining area, in which all tables were at times either occupied or covered with dishes. The rooftop bar showed promise, but was closed by the time I arrived at 9:00 pm.
Most of what fell short of expectations seemed beyond the hotel's control, such as the short-handed staff. Construction in the neighboring unit disrupted any tranquility I sought for most of two days. The workout area was adequate, but the eliptical trainer inoperable, a bit of a disappointment.

MMarcus JSHad a very enjoyable stay here over the weekend leading up to Christmas. Lovely room with a fantastic view over the Labour park. Very good breakfast - excellent coffee - and the Paulaner Brauhaus had a superb Christmas party. The Kempinski sets very high standards and did not disappoint.

TTurtletravellerOverall I really enjoyed my stay in this hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to do laundry. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I had a room with a bathroom in it which was nice to have but there was an awful smell coming from the drain in the shower. I didnât complain because I was able to get used to it pretty quick and kept the door closed most of the time. Letâs be honest, the price was pretty cheap. And yes, for the price, I would stay happily stay here again.
