The buffet breakfast has many Japanese elements and tastes very healthy. There is a free freshly ground coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant. I stayed in a homestay in Dalian a few days ago, and the experience was so bad. I took the risk of checking in the Civil Aviation Hotel. As a result, I was not disappointed. I chose the right place. It can be seen that the management of the hotel's operating department (front office, guest room, and catering) is still in place. I saw many foreign guests during my stay, which also shows that the service of this hotel is not bad.

I always stay at this hotel. It is close to the Development District Station on Line 3, and there are many Japanese restaurants across the road from the hotel. There are also many snacks. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Dalian Station, and you can transfer from Dalian Station, so it's definitely better than staying at a hotel with poor transportation links in the city. Japanese is spoken at the hotel, and the facilities and quality are satisfactory.

After 20+ years staying at US chain hotels, this I an extremely pleasant experience. First, larger rooms, and living spaces. Kitchenette, and laundry machine. Feels like home away from home. Highly recommended!!

Very clean hotel, close to airport, room is big enough, except very little smoking smell which is typical of hotel in northeast China and much better than other hotels; I love the free laundry and BF, laundry provide detergent plus dryer, BF is rich including both western and Chinese style, fruit, drink, toast, egg, sausage and Chinese soup, vegetables, dumplings, noodles, and more. The BF may not as many options as 4 stars hotel but definitely good enough and fresh and clean.

The hotel is in an excellent location, facing the sea and blooming flowers in spring. Opposite the hotel is Fujiazhuang Beach, which is very convenient for playing in the sea. It is not far from Xinghai Square and there are many tourist attractions around. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The sea view room has a particularly good view, and the sea view experience is superb! The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful. I am very satisfied with the check-in experience. It is worth recommending. I will choose to stay here next time I go to Dalian.

Should you be given a solution? It can be good for customers to wait a while. It can't be solved for a long time. I have to have a sense of service. I can't compensate you for a breakfast. Overall, I don't know how to get on the star. Finally, it was not good until after 10 am the next day. The hotel pipeline hardware was aging, and it was possible that it was not maintained at ordinary times, and the service awareness was weak.

The hotel is relatively small, and the advantage is that it is relatively quiet. The facilities look good. Facing the Internet celebrity intersection, the scenery is very good, but it is a pity that we were not lucky enough to wait for the big boat. Some facilities are broken, the TV cannot be turned on, and the water temperature is unstable? Went for breakfast at 8 o'clock, and there was only leftovers. The waiter didn't reheat the food, so we had to make do with it. I chose a room upgrade when booking, but I wasn't given an upgrade.

He was as enthusiastic as the service of the Northeast people. The scrubbing was very serious and clean. Then I brought my family to the steaming square, drank tea, and rested for a while. I went to Jinshitan in the afternoon. It is not far from Jinshitan. It takes about 20 minutes to drive. The room price here is much cheaper than the hotel in Jinshitan, which is very cost-effective. I was tired at night and returned to the hotel to eat the set meal in the restaurant on the 3rd floor. The set meal here is very friendly, the price is not high, the quantity is quite large, and I am very full. I will stay in Dalian Karen Hot Spring Hotel again in the future, and continue to be beautiful~
