Had a very enjoyable stay here over the weekend leading up to Christmas. Lovely room with a fantastic view over the Labour park. Very good breakfast - excellent coffee - and the Paulaner Brauhaus had a superb Christmas party. The Kempinski sets very high standards and did not disappoint.

The hotel is in a good location, on the seaside, with convenient parking. The rooms are clean, soundproofed and quiet. The facilities are complete but very old. The breakfast is good. The service staff at the front desk and on the floor are enthusiastic and in place. However, the service of some front desk staff needs to be improved. The overall feeling is not bad. Very good value for money!

Let me write the positives first: Tasty breakfast buffet available. Local and international options available. Probably, the best breakfast buffet I’ve had in China. Superior customer service Spacious room with an actual balcony available —- The not-so positives: Near to the beach but, unfortunately, the beach is a bit unimpressive and rundown. The room was nice but a bit dusty. I am a little sensitive to dust so maybe that’s why this was an issue for me. Also, the air quality was bad for most of my stay (weekend) so the balcony view was a little disappointing. No fault of the hotel but thought I would mention it. Keep the air quality in mind when booking. Overall, decent stay.

We found this hotel to be extremely enjoyable!! Many of the staff could speak English and there was no stress to communicate what we needed. The interior and exterior are beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty. Best breakfast buffet we’ve had in China so far! The only improvement would be the smell of the bedding in the room. It smelled just a bit dusty.

My family and I were amazed at this hotel! Since we were in Dalian in the dead of winter, I booked a hotel that my family (wife and 4 year old boy) would want to spend hours inside. This was just that! We booked the family room and when we came in, it was already setup with the special lights on full display! The gym was better than my local one that I overpay in, the pool was remarkable, and the food looked incredible. The only reason we didn't eat dinner was because we had local friends that took us to local restaurants. The location was terrific, right next to it were a bunch of delicious local Japanese restaurants. Absolutely book this hotel and if you're with a family book the family room! I want to give a special thanks to Bob 王旭 for going out of his way to make our stay even more special!

This is a hidden gem to stay for families or for couples! We wanted our kids to enjoy being in the water even in the middle of winter and this was the perfect place. We stayed in a villa where they will fill your personal hot spring whenever needed. The public hot spring area also has huge indoor heated pools and a wonderful kids area. My children had a blast! Cleanliness and service was impecable all around. Shout out to Derek and Brain who spoke English and were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. As expected, the area around the hotel is quite dead in the winter like the amusement park and beach. Most attractions and things to do in Dalian are about 45 minutes away, so we will probably come back March- September instead.

The staff at the front desk were really kind and English was also comfortable. The room was spacious enough and comfortable, especially with a bidet in the bathroom. However, I stayed on the 10th floor, but it was a little disappointing that the room with a bad view of the building in front was blocked, and I turned on the heating, but the cold wind kept coming out, so I asked for a separate heater, so it was less cold. Hotel facilities such as saunas and restaurants in the hotel have great convenience like a global brand five-star hotel, especially because it is located in the center of the city, so it was very convenient wherever you went. The hotel was famous, so the taxi drivers quickly found the location and arrived quickly. I am thinking of using it again when I come to Dalian next time. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

I went out with my girlfriend and wanted to choose a hotel with fewer people and quieter places. I had been to Tang Jingze before and had a good impression, so I chose it again this time. I didn't expect that the check-in process would give me a big surprise, and I was upgraded to a family suite for free. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, helping us carry our luggage to the room, and told us in detail about the hotel facilities and precautions when using them; after drinking the drinking water in the room, I called the front desk to ask if I could refill two bottles. In less than five minutes, a bag was brought, and 10 bottles were directly put in the next day; at our suggestion, the disinfected and cleaned pool was cleaned again in front of us. The room is clean and spacious, the indoor private hot spring pool is very private, and the skin is very smooth after soaking in the hot spring water. The water temperature of the outdoor swimming pool is just right, and the water is very clean, suitable for children and me, a beginner in swimming. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the homemade yogurt is delicious... In short, this is a pleasant leisure vacation experience, and I will come again.

A heartfelt review, the service of this hotel is really good. The location is also excellent, the transportation is convenient, and it is easy to travel. It is close to Laohutan, Bangchui Island, and Venice Water City. You can also have a chance to see fireworks at the end of the year. The hotel room is not expensive, the price is fair, and the cost performance is high. Living here, you can definitely feel the value for money. The room is clean, the bathing facilities are complete, the air conditioning temperature is suitable, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and lying on it feels like home. The service of the hotel is worth praising, warm and thoughtful, polite and considerate, and I will stay here next time.

This was my first experience to stay on this hotel, i just checked out hotel today and until now (it has been 2 hours and more i haven't received my deposit back) i called customer service 3 times and they are so busy, they cannot handle it fast, this kind of service is so bad, why they hold my deposit so long, i don't know the reason At first i arrived at hotel, they provided us room which has bad smell (like no one ever stays in the room) ,then they changed the room to other room I found pillow in the room is kind of pillow for hotel with 2 star instead of 5 star, really not comfortable, then the dust under the bed and sofa, it is really dirty like they never clean dust under the bed and sofa Those all my concern, and i think i will not come back to this hotel ever again and will not recommend to my friend

I stayed in an executive room. The service provided by the executive lounge team was amazing (actually the best I have received in China). The breakfast and afternoon tea in the lounge was amazing. One day I went to the buffet for breakfast and was disappointed by the cleanliness of it, so I decided to just eat at the lounge. The laundry team was also great. They noticed one of my dresses had a small issue so they fixed it. Most of the staff spoke at least some English, it was the first time in China that even the housekeeper could speak English.
