The staff makes you most welcome to the hotel. Since we are muslim, their breakfast chef personally cooked hot pancakes for us. Really appreciate the special attention by all the staff for us. Tq

Positives. Easy check-in. Clean room. No added extras that I didn't need. Firm, but comfortable bed. Negatives. I couldn't operate the T.V remote. The air-conditioning only blows hot air. And there's no stores nearby. (Only a KFC and Chinese fresh food market 5 minutes walk away) But: The room lighting was nice. And thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. They put power outlets beside the bed, and provided static charging pads for your phone. I've never seen this before, even in 5 star hotels. It was so convenient to actually be able to plug my computer in, and not have to carry power boards and USB cables for phone charging. Great idea, and very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. No real complaints. Oh, and not a bad breakfast. Well done to the cooks for trying to provide Western food along with the standard Chinese breakfast. We booked the hotel as we were catching an early flight the next day. Good service, lovely room and great breakfast. Only fault is, we should of booked for longer! Forget Hilton or other 5 stsr hotels, Atour is the way forward.

Then there are obvious stains on the wallpaper. ② Environment, it is very close to the airport, and it can be reached in a few minutes. The Dashui Night Market recommended by the hotel front desk clerk is very good. There are all kinds of food and it is very prosperous. There is also a farmer's market next to it, with all kinds of fruits and vegetables, which are good quality and cheap. I saw that there is also a farmer's market next to the hotel, but I didn't have time to go. There is an old lady selling grapes at the door of the hotel. The grapes are very big and look very good. Dalian Airport is different from other cities. It is very close to the city and not far from the attractions. Everyone can live near the airport, which is very convenient. ③ The service is very good. The porridge at midnight is delicious. During the day, the front desk also prepares green bean drinks and orange juice, and will also take the initiative to give bottled water. When we left, they also helped us to check out late, and the children took a nap. Thank you very much. ④Facilities, really, I am helpless. This hotel is the one that loves to keep lights on the most. I turned on the sleep mode at night, but there are still many lights that cannot be turned off, such as the power indicator light of the mirror, the indicator light of the air conditioner panel, the power indicator light of the TV, and the light switch itself is also luminous. People who are sensitive to light, it is really, laugh and cry. I called the front desk to confirm that these lights cannot be turned off. The front desk suggested that I use paper to paste these places. They sent me wide tape, but did not give it to me ✂️. I thought it was too late and embarrassed to bother the staff to send it. So at almost 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, I was there seriously using teeth to bite tape and paper to paste the lights. ⑤The sound insulation is really a bit poor. I can hear the sound of the guests in the opposite room flushing the toilet, and I can also hear the sound of brushing teeth and coughing in the morning. I have never stayed in such a poorly soundproof hotel. I stayed at Hilton Hampton for a few days. On the last day, it rained heavily. I thought it was closer to the airport and convenient to go to the airport, so I moved here. I saw that the ratings on Ctrip were all 4 diamonds, but I didn't expect the difference to be so big.

There are too many defects in the room. I hope they can fix them in advance. At least let us know before check-in.

The transportation is very convenient. Although it is in the city center, it is very quiet. The hotel room is not small. The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation. I like the decoration style of the hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied~

The hotel is clean and tidy. The service attitude is friendly and kind. There is wireless power supply and the Internet TV can be connected to the mobile phone. Atour is the first choice for the next trip to the airport.
