I liked this hotel , had all the basic amenities and services. The hotel is located only 5 mins away from Zhongshan square , the nearest metro station is line 2 exit D1 about 3 mins walk. Very Peaceful and friendly staff. Hotel has a mini bar and a mini mart on its ground floor. Friendship center is about 8 mins walk from the hotel. Overall affordable for students and solo travelers.

The hotel accepts foreigners. Great location, a walking distance from Dalian Station, essentially on Zhongshan Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was good, there's even a washing machine (didn't use it though). The staff was kind and helpful. Perhaps the only problem was that the room card didn't work, so I had to get a password, which also expired daily at midnight, and I had to contact the reception to get a new one. But that's not how it's supposed to be, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Overall, a great option.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and is a great landing point. Zhongshan square is a very nice area with a lot of activities and easy subway and connecting bus stations.
The room itself, however, had very dirty walls (you can see if you zoom in) and had a terrible smell. The sheets on the bed were very clean. The bathroom was in dire need of being remodeled.
The staff were very friendly and nice and gave me great advice for things to do. I appreciated their help.

It would have been great if people in China who smoke don't smoke in the rooms. :( Would definitely book again. Property is well maintained.

Last night stay in Dalian and decided on this hotel as price ratio is good with big room space, a fridge and near to MRT Zhongshan metro station. Access via D1 through escalator and D via lift. Connects to airport directly fare Rmb 3-4. Only item is that no online TV.

The staff members are polite, however prior to your one-hour check-out, they will call you constantly. Although I could detect dust in the room, it was still rather clean, and I adore the washing machine. In addition, the refrigerator was broken, which truly saddened me. My stay was merely average. They should try to improve housekeeping.
