The most critical thing is that the outdoor temperature in Dalian was 16 degrees at night when I checked in, and the room showed 26 degrees. The air conditioner did not heat or cool. The staff told me that it only had the air supply function. After many attempts, there was only a high-powered sound, and there was no wind at all. After many communications, they were told that they could not contact the engineering department, and asked customers to try to turn on the hot air conditioner to blow air. We also tried it according to the operation, but it didn't work at all. It's such a day and I actually paid to stay in a hotel and sweat. The whole room was stuffy and hot. I won't come again
