獨棟的酒店，有專用停車場。房間簡潔舒適温馨，前台服務員提醒入住客人洗浴間過長容易水温變化，衹要錯開時間就好，讓人感覺服務很貼心細緻。

房間內地毯有水，並且房間內有一股味道，找前台換房間不給換，另外房間的隔音效果很差，旁邊房間和過道説話打擾睡覺，服務員明知道房間有人睡覺，提醒了，服務員還在過道和施工人員説話，體驗感非常不好

房間較寬敞，被褥也挺乾淨，但其室內它設施卻很陳舊，地毯骯臟不堪，衞生間異味嚴重，讓人不堪忍受。
前台服務員態度不錯，停車場保安態度很好。
該酒店最大的長處，是有一個不小的停車場，這在各條街道邊上擠滿了私家車的旅順口的其它旅館中，是不多見的。簡直就是一個奇蹟了。

安靜，空氣清新，沒有蚊子，附近景點多，吃食方便。可以從酒店上行步行攀登東砲台山，全程約三公里，正好鍛練體力，沿途可碰到不少晨運的中老年人。
