Hotel team very nice and helpful, although the swimming pool was under maintenance which was disappointing, not a bad area, breakfast was advertised but not available although they offered to make it when I discovered no food in the western restaurant at breakfast, management were professional to try and help but breakfast should already be ready at advertised time

It couldn't be opened (I prefer air circulation and Dalian has had good weather recently). After telling the front desk, they quickly helped me to change the room. It was really a surprise when I opened the door. They upgraded me to a newly renovated room. I felt like I had earned 100 million yuan in an instant. During the room change process, the floor attendant saw me and took the initiative to help me move my luggage. I am grateful and touched. I will stay here again next time.
