Room is very clean. Beds very comfortable. Lots of restaurants within 5-7 minute walk. Tram, buses and subway that all run downtown are nearby. In this price range the hotel offers great value.
The only thing that I didn't like is the glazed glass wall on side of bathroom. If people are sleeping and you turn on the bathroom light, it shines through the glass and lights up the whole sleeping area. A curtain should be set up to block the light
