There is no place to dry clothes in the laundry room. You can only take them back to the room. They say they can be dried, but you have to wait a long time, especially when there are many people waiting in line to wash clothes. The laundry detergent of unknown brands is not effective. It is recommended to bring your own laundry detergent. 2. The laundry room in the gym was dark, and the security guard said it was closed because there were too few people staying there to save electricity. It's scary to do laundry alone 3. Because there were few people staying at the hotel, the restaurant stopped operating without notifying the residents, which wasted their trip 4. Children dine for free in the restaurant, but the restaurant has stopped operating and only delivers boxed lunches to the rooms. Children are no longer free. One of the children is over 1.3 meters tall and the other is less than 1.2 meters tall. We told the staff and they said we had to apply. In the end, they agreed to give them more porridge, eggs, small breads, etc., but boxed lunches were not allowed and they had to be charged! I am speechless. . . For the family room, when we checked in, we were provided with double towels and bath towels (we always bring our own bath towels when staying in a hotel, so we don't care about these). Double water was also provided. What does a family room mean? It is for at least 3 people, and they only provide double water. I reported this to the staff, and they gave us extra water. But when we checked out, they told us there were fewer bath towels.
