The PEOPLE! Everyone working at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made the overall experience very enjoyable. The HOTEL! A newer hotel in a great location with amazing views.right across from the beach and very convenient to many walkable restaurants. Taxis were always available out front. We needed to extend our time in Da Nang for 5-days and booked this hotel literally last minute. It did not disappoint and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a two-bedroom and have plenty of space. Room was beautiful and well designed. No issues or complaints about the room. The SPA! The Spa had a 2 for 1 special that I took advantage of by getting the Vietnamese Bamboo 90-minute Massage and then the Hot-Stone 90-minute Massage. These were both AMAZING and the masseuse couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful. She was able to locate the pain points in my shoulder areas and focus on relieving the pain. Her name was Nhi, and I HIGHLY recommend her. The Restaurant and Bar were also very nice, although did not utilize them often. We had dinner the first night and we were the only people in the place. It was ok and the service was good. They were very pleasant and even brought our leftovers to our room for us. The bar on the top floor was great and had amazing views. Again, the staff were also very pleasant and attentive. Drink was great and the place was relaxing. I guess prior to me arriving there were over 30 guests from a tour group. Morning Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it every morning. This was very popular and they had a wide selection of food, fruit, juices and beverages. The staff would remember who I was and would ask if I would like another cafe sua da every morning. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Both Western and Vietnamese food were available, with some items changing daily. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely stay again when visiting. The only negative were the elevators. They have three elevators, and if you are needing one during a busy time, you could have a long wait. We experienced this one time when going to breakfast. As a note, there were many large tour groups staying at the same time we were, so they would utilize the elevators at the same time. Other minor touches: The front outside seating area is a nice space to enjoy. While out there one evening with my 2-year-old son, we were able to listen to the music across the street from a wedding. It was not obnoxious and was very enjoyable. I would also take my son for walks down the sidewalk across the street along the beach. He loved this and it was very convenient and enjoyable. I am terrible with remembering names and cannot think of everyone to recognize for being so wonderful and EVERYONE was great! Highly Recommend!

Let me just say to start with that the staff were 5*,rooms are very good and sea view from upper floors is exceptional, room pretty good but a bit tired, cleaning really good and we found that most days they cleaned twice, the pool is pretty passable except there is only ten SUNBEDS for the whole hotel,I would suggest that at least 30 would be sufficient, the pool got very busy at times, the pool bar didn’t have staff all the time but if you asked you would get drinks fairly quickly, the trips we booked from reception to Hoi an and Ban na hills were very good,we found the main issue to be that the hotel accommodates a lot of conferences which became a big issue for me,putting pressure on the restaurant at breakfast, the swimming pool and even reception, being on an upper floor meant waiting ages for the lift, the breakfast was pretty good, hotel location is great and fairly near bars and restaurants, and across the road from the beach,we found that another big issue, you have to cross four lanes of mental traffic to reach the beach, literally running the gauntlet,a real dread, and the constant tooting day and night is not great for peace and quiet either, also the Vietnamese ALL use the beach/sea everyday from about 5 to 8am and 5pm until dusk with load music etc, quite annoying at times, unlike Thailand where we live the locals do not speak much English at all and don’t recognise zebra crossings so be extremely care crossing any roads, not a bad hotel on the days they don’t have conferences

This is our first trip been to Viet Nam, Da Nang. The weather looks better than the day we arrive, therefore we had time to enjoy the pool in 26th floor, it really a great view with mountains and beach view. Our room is also sea view but we suprised with the view in the infinity pool. Breakfast was perfect but when we eat there are alot of guests around :>> Anyway, everything was great and you might think about this place when you have chance to go to Danang. Me and my husband were super happy

Contact with the host was easy and any needs were taken care of right away. We communicated through KakaoTalk. The view was nice, and I especially liked the swimming pool. Although the location is a bit ambiguous, it was a good place to enjoy a quiet stay during the trip.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The service staff are very kind, especially ”Thu”. We stayed for seven days in total, and every day felt very comfortable, just like coming home. The hotel is clean and tidy, and every service staff is kind and polite. It is a very recommended hotel when you come to Da Nang, Vietnam. But I hope that the breakfast dishes can be changed a little bit. I hope that the location of the restaurant on the fifth floor can be designed witt more effective ventilation to avoid the smell of food remaining on the body after eating. Overall, this is a very recommendable hotel.
