The sea space is charming, the snail room is comfortable. I accidentally booked this hotel on the app because it was cheap, also worried about not knowing if the hotel had the same reviews I saw. And the first result when I came here I felt the friendliness of the people here, they were so enthusiastic, I seemed to want to know what information they could give me. The price is cheap but the quality is ok, the prestige should be there.

The hotel did not comment, just talk about the quality of a group of Cantonese. You stayed in the middle of the night on March 13th, wow wow wow in the corridor, woke up my son. Go out so that you don’t make noises, you don’t have a way, we just came. My friend, if you just arrived, you can understand the itinerary of the tomorrow's itinerary with the simple and normal communication between several houses. Are you the voice of a normal person? Louder than dog barking! It's really shameful to throw it abroad. I live in 303. If you feel that what I said is wrong, you can talk to me. Brother teaches you how to improve your quality, especially abroad.

A very thrilling trip. When I booked, I saw that the hotel had a 24-hour front desk. But when we arrived at the hotel, we found that the lights of the hotel were all black. No one opened the door, and the hotel phone was also called. Nowhere. I contacted Ctrip customer service, but the customer service could not reach the hotel, which caused us to stay outside the hotel for more than an hour in the middle of the night. Later, I was lucky to meet a pair of Korean guests who lived in the hotel. It is annoying that Ctrip customer service said that I did not pay attention to the hotel check-in time when I booked. The check-in time of this hotel is only 14: 00-15: 00. This makes me very speechless. How can a hotel be Only one hour to stay? ! ! ! We stayed at this hotel for two days. The pool room on the first floor of the hotel was very bad, just beside the pool, so the room was very humid and uncomfortable to sleep. There is no place to put things in the toilet, so bath towels and clothes can only be placed outside the toilet, and cleaning supplies can only be placed on the floor. The next day we changed the attic room on the top floor. Because it was not booked through Ctrip, the price was cheaper than the first day. The room is particularly large, with a full daylight design, a kitchen and dining table, and a roof garden.

The PEOPLE! Everyone working at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made the overall experience very enjoyable. The HOTEL! A newer hotel in a great location with amazing views.right across from the beach and very convenient to many walkable restaurants. Taxis were always available out front. We needed to extend our time in Da Nang for 5-days and booked this hotel literally last minute. It did not disappoint and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a two-bedroom and have plenty of space. Room was beautiful and well designed. No issues or complaints about the room. The SPA! The Spa had a 2 for 1 special that I took advantage of by getting the Vietnamese Bamboo 90-minute Massage and then the Hot-Stone 90-minute Massage. These were both AMAZING and the masseuse couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful. She was able to locate the pain points in my shoulder areas and focus on relieving the pain. Her name was Nhi, and I HIGHLY recommend her. The Restaurant and Bar were also very nice, although did not utilize them often. We had dinner the first night and we were the only people in the place. It was ok and the service was good. They were very pleasant and even brought our leftovers to our room for us. The bar on the top floor was great and had amazing views. Again, the staff were also very pleasant and attentive. Drink was great and the place was relaxing. I guess prior to me arriving there were over 30 guests from a tour group. Morning Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it every morning. This was very popular and they had a wide selection of food, fruit, juices and beverages. The staff would remember who I was and would ask if I would like another cafe sua da every morning. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Both Western and Vietnamese food were available, with some items changing daily. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely stay again when visiting. The only negative were the elevators. They have three elevators, and if you are needing one during a busy time, you could have a long wait. We experienced this one time when going to breakfast. As a note, there were many large tour groups staying at the same time we were, so they would utilize the elevators at the same time. Other minor touches: The front outside seating area is a nice space to enjoy. While out there one evening with my 2-year-old son, we were able to listen to the music across the street from a wedding. It was not obnoxious and was very enjoyable. I would also take my son for walks down the sidewalk across the street along the beach. He loved this and it was very convenient and enjoyable. I am terrible with remembering names and cannot think of everyone to recognize for being so wonderful and EVERYONE was great! Highly Recommend!

The hotel is not as shown in the photos. The pieces are very small and are a little bad to bring and the bathroom too. The poor cleaning, because they had hair on the floor and on the couch when we arrived. The daily cleaning was not too good. The worst thing of this stay was that we couldn't sleep quietly in the 3 nights we were. The rooms near our were very respectless, screams, screams, races in the corridor up to high hours of the night and the staff did nothing. On the other hand, they don't warn in advance that there is a “temple” or something like that next to the hotel where they play a not very pleasant music all day and a man “sing” for a microphone. The worst thing is that it was not only during the day, but also in the evening. We thought it was noise from a construction, because it sounded like that, but not, then we realized it was a ceremony or something like that when we heard the “singer” that was worse than all the other noises. A lack of respect not to notify or understand this in the hotel information before booking, considering it is a HOTEL and you want to rest after traveling all day. The only thing that saved is that you have a very good location and the girl at the reception that was very kind to do everything we could to pay for the stay with a card (only accept cash).
