Da Nang Quan Son Tra Hotels

Very good hotel for the price. It's kind of trying to be trendy, cosplaying Moxy and the likes. The only problem I encountered was the ventilation: there was a very unpleasant smell in the room. The staff changed the room quickly and were very helpful and apologetic. Staff is definitely fantastic here! Regarding the room, it was small and pretty barebones, but clean and had great panoramic windows. One very important thing missing was the kettle. Fridge, shower and and WiFi worked great.

Nice hotel located along the river with a mall beside it. We booked this as it's near the yearly fireworks festival. Hotel lobby was grand but this hotel is also popular among tour group so expect large crowd during breakfast and waiting for lift. my room

The hotel is quite nice but the service is not really good especially in the restaurant at 4rd floor. I think the hotel was fully occupied during my stay. There are lots of guests during 0830 at the restaurant. The waiter checked my room number and let me go. I have to find a table by myself. The utensils were put inside a stainless baskets and we seemed like we are taking breakfast in the fast food shop. All crowded and the environment is completely not like a 5 star hotel. Very bad experience in these 2 days at breakfast time. But the choices are many, but not special. There is only 1 coffee machine in a restaurant which serve more than hundreds of guests. There is a coffee corner which provide coffee, latte but only VIP will be served. My friend asked for a latte made by a staff named Chinh ( maybe wrong spelling) but her reply was this was serve to VIP, not you and you could get your own by coffe machine. I really can't believe this is a 5 star hotel service. Besides of the Eatery restaurant, other facilities like sa, gym, swimming pool, sanua are quite nice to me. You have to go to the spa where provide good service at not expensive price, very beautiful environment and sea view. I think the management should improve their service and try to upgrade the service in the restaurant.

The PEOPLE! Everyone working at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made the overall experience very enjoyable. The HOTEL! A newer hotel in a great location with amazing views.right across from the beach and very convenient to many walkable restaurants. Taxis were always available out front. We needed to extend our time in Da Nang for 5-days and booked this hotel literally last minute. It did not disappoint and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a two-bedroom and have plenty of space. Room was beautiful and well designed. No issues or complaints about the room. The SPA! The Spa had a 2 for 1 special that I took advantage of by getting the Vietnamese Bamboo 90-minute Massage and then the Hot-Stone 90-minute Massage. These were both AMAZING and the masseuse couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful. She was able to locate the pain points in my shoulder areas and focus on relieving the pain. Her name was Nhi, and I HIGHLY recommend her. The Restaurant and Bar were also very nice, although did not utilize them often. We had dinner the first night and we were the only people in the place. It was ok and the service was good. They were very pleasant and even brought our leftovers to our room for us. The bar on the top floor was great and had amazing views. Again, the staff were also very pleasant and attentive. Drink was great and the place was relaxing. I guess prior to me arriving there were over 30 guests from a tour group. Morning Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it every morning. This was very popular and they had a wide selection of food, fruit, juices and beverages. The staff would remember who I was and would ask if I would like another cafe sua da every morning. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Both Western and Vietnamese food were available, with some items changing daily. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely stay again when visiting. The only negative were the elevators. They have three elevators, and if you are needing one during a busy time, you could have a long wait. We experienced this one time when going to breakfast. As a note, there were many large tour groups staying at the same time we were, so they would utilize the elevators at the same time. Other minor touches: The front outside seating area is a nice space to enjoy. While out there one evening with my 2-year-old son, we were able to listen to the music across the street from a wedding. It was not obnoxious and was very enjoyable. I would also take my son for walks down the sidewalk across the street along the beach. He loved this and it was very convenient and enjoyable. I am terrible with remembering names and cannot think of everyone to recognize for being so wonderful and EVERYONE was great! Highly Recommend!

The pool at Luxtery Hotel in Da Lang is simply breathtaking. It's a large, sparkling pool surrounded by city wide view, providing a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Whether you want to take a refreshing swim or simply lounge by the poolside, it offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Their spa facilities are top-notch. Hotel is located at one of the best location. The hotel does have a very limited number of vegetarian options.

Dear Chicland Team, It is my honor to share my experience in your hotel. I went to Đà Nẵng with my friends on my holiday from 28th April to 01st May. It was great to stayed in such a beautiful hotel like Chicland. The receptionist in charged on Night Shift on 28th & 29th May was really helpful. He was always be ready to support us, to talk and to share many things with us. The housekeepers was great and understand thoroughly the guest. The only thing that made me a bit felt inconvenient was lacking of bidet sprayer 🥹. Please let them as well as the other employees know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. This is our first trip been to Viet Nam, Da Nang. The weather looks better than the day we arrive, therefore we had time to enjoy the pool in 26th floor, it really a great view with mountains and beach view. Our room is also sea view but we suprised with the view in the infinity pool. Breakfast was perfect but when we eat there are alot of guests around :＞＞ Anyway, everything was great and you might think about this place when you have chance to go to Danang. Me and my husband were super happy

Hilton Garden Inn is a beautiful hotel. The views of Da Nang, the Dragon Bridge & My Khe Beach were incredible from the infinity pool on the 28th floor. It was lovely to relax, enjoy a drink & snack on the comfortable lounges & day beds by the pool. There was not a lot happening along the seafood restaurants that surround the hotel & the beach was very quiet. Not great if allergic to seafood. Taxi’s fairly cheap & we used Grab app to get around (like Uber). Money changing was our biggest issue. We could not exchange AUD $ so had to revert to using a card only. US $ could be exchanged but was over an 1 he walk to do so. If staying in Hoi An exchange money there before coming to Da Nang, very easy there & no commission charged. Night market is a close taxi ride from hotel. Food is BBQ fresh & looks amazing. Hilton was a great relaxing stay & would recommend. They were very accomodating when requesting late check out & we also had an early check in as soon as we arrived. Many staff love learning to speak English & are very excited if you take the time to chat, also making our experience very personable.

i think all good from front office fast check in, helpfull the food relative ok but the variety less than i expect, the rest ok.the facility good such as swimming pool. the lack only more staff can speak english. the staff that can speak english that i know is Hong Anh
