I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the assistance from the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was terrific. The location is very convenient, being close to popular eateries like Madame Lan, Luk Lak, and Korea street, as well as various spas.
However, I was disappointed with the room. The TV was small, not a smart TV, and had very few international channels, with unclear pictures on every channel. The toilet arrangement was inconvenient with nowhere to hang the hand towel, and the door blocked the basin when opened. The bedside table had several scratches, and although I requested a hard pillow, I was only provided with a soft one. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear vehicles, especially motorbikes, from my room. Additionally, the hotel reused a stained and folded paper card as our room key, which felt unprofessional. Upon check-in, there was no one to greet us or assist with our luggage.

First day, the hair dryer is not hot and I requested them to send a moveable dryer and they sent someone to repair the hair dryer. By the time the person fix it my hair was dried.
Second day, I was so disappointed as after I showered and I wish to use air dryer and the hair dryer totally not working and I need to call them again. They sent someone to change a new one at last!

Everything was perfect . I recommend everyone to stay in Wink while visiting da nang and Saigon . I heard there will be a wink in Hanoi next year . The brand is in fresh new concept representing the future , self checkin , self laundry, vending machines , always with friendly staffs helping around . I went to Vietnam Danang with my wife, my mother, sister and brother, and stay with Chi House Da nang, the hotel staff was marvellous, excellent service and Annie Luong shown concerns and care for my elderly mum who was not feeling well after the cable car ride to Ba na hill, the rooms are clean and quiet at night , beds and pillows are so comfortable, with beautiful ambience for photos taking. The hotel staff makes sure the grab driver charges us accordingly ,very protective for their hotel guests , we were so impressed by the hotels staff, fand attend to our feedbacks attentively ,finally wanted to thanks Annie and her team at Chi House Da nang for their hospitality and kindness shown towards during our 4 nights stay. We will miss them. May God bless all of them at Chi House with good health and happiness always.

Let me start with the positives.
The location is great! Walk 5 mins to the beach. Many beach bars, coffee shops, and restaurants.
You can book an excursion to Ba Na Hills. It's worth it.
Now let's talk about the cons.
And the first one is the room condition. It's old. There are several cracks on the wall. And you also can hear any sound, the walls are too thin. We heard like a cockroach crawling in the ceiling.
The breakfast is not a good thing as well. There's little choice and the taste is just ok. Don't pay for it and go to have breakfast at the near by coffee shops.

We are so happy for our stay in Peninsula Hotel Danang! The room is so clean and nice, the view is amazing! We can even see the GuanYing from our room! My 86 years old grandma enjoy her stay and loves the breakfast so much! They are so sweet to prepare a chair in the shower room for my grandma. All the people we met there is so friendly and helpful especially Francis, Helen, and Phuong! Also the staff who always help to carry my grandma in wheelchair, thank you so so much!

The hotel offers a breathtaking seaside panorama, with the beach just steps away. The staff, from front desk to waitress and housekeeping were constantly helpful and friendly. Our only drawback was the late night noise from the nearby funfair which kept us awake until early morning. While the breakfast buffet had a good selection, it lacked options for protein rich foods and local delicacies. Overall this hotel is a perfect place to have a good holiday.

Nice for new experience.. The location is great on top of the mountains.. we got a room same at check in building so don’t need to walk long ( they have about 7 buildings 😱). Check in same time with another hotel at 2 pm but check out your need to do early at 10:30 am 😅 anyway I need to check out before 2 pm because I have online exam so I ask them they so nice help me to check in early by to be Accor member (hotel company if you a member you can get discount and early check in)
Only thing I don’t like is too much people here.. they don’t have time to talk to you for explain anything.. if it’s possible you should come and stay here 1 night enjoy your time .. at night and early morning only guess.. but after 9 am .. OMG 😱

GGuest UserM suite is very conveniently located on the beach. We got a second floor sea view room which is very near to the sea, and can hear the waves. Very rare for such accommodations at reasonable price. You can walk to the beach within 1min. Infinity pool is small but gives the look for taking nice pics and enjoying uninterrupted view of the sea. Design is very unique - cool modern grey style. Lives up to one of the most instagrammable hotel ranking on trip.com.
Hotel is only 10-15min drive from airport, and many attractions and nice food are a short drive away. Hotel breakfast is homely, prepared fresh when order. Their banh mi (bread) is soft and crispy - we asked the staff for second serving. Also love their omelette/scrambled eggs with sausage and freshly prepared bacon.
Staff is also very attentive and helpful despite language barrier (use google translate to solve this!). On first night, somebody might have been smoking near the aircon intake. Resulting in the room aircon blowing out cigarette smell (hotel is non smoking). Upon calling reception, one guy came up within 2mins to check. After he inspected, he went back and grab another 2 guys and helped to spray freshener to remove cigarette smell, and said will deep clean the room next morning. Even offered to swap rooms for us. Luckily, the cigarette smell no longer there after 15mins.
Very satisfied with the stay. Thank you to M suite staff.

Các bạn nhân viên thì vẫn luôn nhiệt tình và năng động như mọi khi, điều này làm tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái khi giao tiếp với các bạn. Đặc biệt cảm ơn Lucas khi cả 3 lần ở khách sạn của tôi đều là do Lucas checkin và hỗ trợ, tôi cảm thấy rất vui vì điều này

FFUNGwe arrived at the property in the evening after a full day of sight seeing. The property were paid already through the app and we wanted to arrange a BBQ at our villa, i tried to inform the hotel to arrange the BBQ but they want to credit card confirmation before, I told the lady that I am travelling and not convenient to print out the authorization form. Then she told me that with the payment the accounting department will not allow them to but the necessary for the BBQ. All I wanted was a BBQ buy the pool for my family and friends of 8 and she was giving me a hard time. I paid 3 nights of the Villa and it is hard to imagine that the hotel will need payment for that. So at the end we end up ordering Grab food delivery.
After we check in the hotel, I wanted to ask for more water as i like to drink a lot of hot tea. the Villa is for 8 people so i asked for 8 bottles of water, the lady on the phone said she will need to charge me for that. That is absolutely absurd and never heard of. So i ordered a case of water from Grab food delivery.
My friends who were staying at the hotel room in the main building she told me that construction work was started at around 7 am and woke them up. Then the work stoppped in 30 min and star again in 15 min. That is totally not acceptable as the resort is meant to be relaxing and calming.
The next morning we saw the manager and told him all the unusual things that we encountered, I feel that he was sincerely apologetic and tried to make up for the rest of our trip. I forgot his name but he came to visit us at the villa and i saw him every morning during the breakfast service. I feel that he is trying his best to help us th=o better our stay.
The breakfast was very good indeed and we all enjoyed it.
The drawback is that the river next to the villa is not so clean. There is not much activities to do at the villa except for the infinity pool. The wave at the beach was too strong for us to swim.....
But the property is very close to the Marble Mountain (5 min walk) which is an added bonus.
Overall the staff seems to be inexperience and try to rectify the problem after it have occur. They are not able to handle many hotel related issues as these are just very minor issues.

GGuest UserClean, comfortable hotel…. Polite & friendly staff on reception , housekeeping and dining area….. food choices are plentiful and fresh…. Located close to the beach within easy walking distance of the main town/ market / Dragon bridge area…… lovely hotel and very reasonably priced…. This is our second visit to Da Nang and had no hesitation booking the Fivitel Queen ….. can not fault the hotel, the cleanliness, the staff throughout from reception, waiting staff, porters, housekeeping….. will be back again and 100 % recommend to others ….. well done Fivitel on all you provide to your guests ❤️

The hotel on a small road, it is quiet although it’s in the center of Da Nang. They offers good location, not far from the beach, easy to walk there. Many restaurants and motorbikes for rent around. The room is good with a clean big bed, 2 small windows that we can see the city and clean bathroom. Stuffs in the room look ok. The staff’s attitude is ok too. We stayed here 3 nights. The breakfast in first day was fine but the breakfast in next 2 days were so poor! It really surprised us, only corn, bread, noodles soup, steamed thin rice pancake, bloating fern-shaped cake and watermelon, even no juice, only water, coffee and tea! The last day we went to the restaurant, looked at those food and just left. We booked the room include breakfast and that’s what we got. Early morning, the house keeper knocked the door to ask if we want to make up the room! Seriously? The room should be made up around 8.30am?! They surprised us again. I have stayed in many many hotels and resorts around Vietnam and out of Vietnam too but this is the first time I get this experience. Also they don’t have security man 24/7, this is a bit weird..

GGuest UserBooked a room here on October 10th 2022. Short review: 1) Bugs in the bed. 2) No soundproofing whatsoever. You can hear all your neighbors on the floor. 3) Very noisy AC. 4) Poor service. Longer review: It was about 5 p.m. already and I needed a place to stay a night, so searched nearby hotels in Booking. Because I wanted to check what the hotel was like before booking (most of the pictures were computer-generated or touched up), I went there and asked about the rooms. The receptionist first showed a room on the 11th floor (#1104?), but that one had a big moldy spots on the walls, so I declined. Then she showed the room #1004, which looked ok, plus had partial sea view. When I was going to book the room through Booking, the receptionist asked me to just pay the same price to the hotel without using Booking. It didn't matter to me, so I paid by card. Not 10 minutes in the bed, I noticed that something is bitting me. When I checked, I had bites all over my body. Like 6-7 on my right foot only. 🤪😰 Then I went to the reception, showed the receptionist the bite marks, and told her I was checking out. She replied ok, but they were not going to return the money. Even though I've been in the room for max. 20 minutes. I asked her to call the manager. After 10 or so minutes another lady came and said they'd return only 50%: because they showed me the room and I should've checked the room conditions better before booking. What?! How am I supposed to check the bugs in the bed?! 😳 I'm not in the habit of carrying a magnifying glass and checking the beds. I was pissed off for such an answer. After a long talk, a call with another manager, and another 15-20 minute wait, they decided to return the full payment. My experience in there was awful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Actually I was puzzled how this hotel has a 8+ rating? My guess is that many people just don't bother to leave a review. So I decided to leave mine, so next time someone is looking for a hotel, they will know what awaits them there. Hope your travel will have only wonderful experiences and memories. 🙂

If you’re just looking for a dormitory, probably OK. 1) The fact that they don’t have power supply to the rooms without the key card installed (they only offered one), means your laptop, power bank, camera gear, etc. will not be charged when you return to the room. 2) the Internet is unusable inside the room, forget a video conference or a FaceTime call to your loved ones. Forget getting that spreadsheet or business document for tomorrow’s important meeting. 3) Bring earplugs. You might get jolted from your bed at six in the morning from the guests in adjacent rooms that like to scream back-and-forth at each other while preparing for their whatever, tourist vacation, excursion, etc. Extra points for the shrieking kid with the temper tantrum. I have never seen such a grandiose display of banging screaming and crying for more than one hour. Putting the pillow over your head isn’t going to help, folks. Extra extra points for this happening two days in a row. Other than that, the staff are affable, the venue seems OK, although I didn’t check out much (word is there may be a pool here), I just went there to sleep as I couldn’t work there. And very little sleep it was.

AAzmalClean room, everything I need is there except for the iron facility. Few staff can speak understand simple english but that's not a problem. There is a AU mart nearby. The hotel situated in a less busy area from downtown Dan Nang.
