The hotel did not comment, just talk about the quality of a group of Cantonese. You stayed in the middle of the night on March 13th, wow wow wow in the corridor, woke up my son. Go out so that you don’t make noises, you don’t have a way, we just came. My friend, if you just arrived, you can understand the itinerary of the tomorrow's itinerary with the simple and normal communication between several houses. Are you the voice of a normal person? Louder than dog barking! It's really shameful to throw it abroad. I live in 303. If you feel that what I said is wrong, you can talk to me. Brother teaches you how to improve your quality, especially abroad.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the city. There are not many accessible places nearby. The sound insulation is really not very good because the door is a bit closed. The sanitary environment of the room is okay. I will probably not stay here again next time I go to Da Nang.

My daughter loves the pool. The accommodation is clean and close to the beach. And especially, there are many marts nearby, so it's very convenient. Thank you for giving me the best travel experience.^^ I plan to visit again if I come to Danang again.

The location of the hotel is good, not far away there is an excellent beach, the view from the room is simply magnificent, both of the mountains and the sea. The air conditioning works well and there is a nice swimming pool on the roof. Of the minuses: the room had holes in the floor covered with a rug, the structure that was intended for the TV also fell off the ceiling and gave the impression that the room was destroyed. This did not affect the use of the number, but it was not pleasant to look at. There was a smell of dampness and some kind of odor in the bathtub, so we lived with the extractor hood constantly running. The tap also leaks when you use it, we asked at the reception, the master came and said that this could not be changed, so we lived with dripping water.

The hotel is in perfect position, 1 minute walk to the beach. The street outside becomes a ” walking street” at night. It is full of bars, coffee shops and quaint restaurants.
The Reception staff were totally on the ball, any queries were dealt with immediately. Would highly recommend you coming to stay here.
Many thanks to the staff for making our holiday one to remember.

GGuest UserI traveled with my husband, elderly mother and 4 years old daughter to Da Nang for the first time and I've booked the duplex room for 4 nights. The hotel located at a very convenient location with a lot of restaurants around. The hotel room was spacious and my family truly adore the comfort and spaces provided. Breakfast was wonder with wide choices of food. Swimming pool is certainly a highlight of our stay and we love it so much. One room for improvement was the temperature of the room was not even in the entire room which one of the bedroom is too warm at night. Overall this is a very nice hotel and we will definitely come back again.

Balcony at higher floor (level 16) has wonderful view of Danang beach north and south.
Nice big room, clean, firm mattress. Shower room a little small and visible of cracks, moulds.
Breakfast was very Asian Vietnamese taste. Most guests were Asians, very ery few Europeans.
Tea was siper weak and not hot.
Excellent customer service with a smile
4 lifts, and they are fast. Little wait time.
Pool at level 20 is partially under a roof so not much sun during most of the day.

LLiam-UKThe hotel is in a fantastic and peaceful location next to the beach. As soon as we arrived the staff were very welcoming, the rooms were clean and look modern, and the ocean view is amazing! We loved relaxing on the balcony and looking out at the sunrise and sunsets. The hotel also has a very nice rooftop bar with a view of both the ocean and the city. We loved our stay and will coming back on the future.

GGuest UserThe service wasn’t great and we didn’t receive any directions to our hotel when arriving at the main check in desk and walked around aimlessly in the rain past different hotels until we finally found ours as couldn’t find anyone working to ask. The room wasn’t very nice and the walls looked dirty and in need of a good clean and repaint. The windows were leaking badly and there was mould and damp all around the inside of the window frame. Also on checkout we were asked to wait at the reception for 10 minutes while they checked our room to make sure we hadn’t left anything. But after 15 minutes had past nobody came to advise us we could go, even though we were waiting patiently in front of the reception desk. So I returned to the queue to wait patiently until I spoke to the same receptionist again who seemed to have forgotten me completely and asked me for my room number again, even though I’d only just handed my keycard back to her 20 minutes earlier. She then finally told me I could leave after asking if I’d returned an umbrella to reception which I hadn’t even used in the first place! I needed to leave quickly as had a taxi waiting for me at the main reception area, but the lack of customer care and unnecessary waiting around to check out wasn’t a good experience considering the high cost for the 2 night stay. I wish my experience had been better at Ba Na Hills as the place is very beautiful. But the hotel quality and the service really needs attention and an overhaul, as I’ve honestly stayed in better 2 star hotels.
I would like to return to Ban Na Hills again but definitely would look at booking into a different hotel next time.

AAnonymous UserAsked for room on higher floor, got given one on 10th floor with great views over the city. Room was called a superior double but I've seen bigger match boxes. Very small room. Bed, pillows & duvet comfy. TV has 3-4 English movie channels (after I had to re-tune it!). Amazing infinity pool on roof but to cold when we stayed so didn't get to use it. Staff offer to clean your room everyday (we stayed 3 days) and give you fresh water. Great location, cool bar on opposite side of Rd, with mini mart next to that , also cheap launderette opposite bar (Hotel laundry expensive). And opposite the mini mart is Fly Burgers......so so tasty, really cheap and loads of veggie options. All of this within 30secs walk of hotel. 2min walk to beach but again way to cold when we stayed (early Jan). Buffet breakfast is great , lots of choice. Only thing they don't tell you is if you want eggs (fried, scrambled, omelette) there is a little counter that you have to go to and specifically ask for. The fried eggs where the snottiest I ever. Had to scrape half a plate of uncooked snotty egg onto plate before eating. Omelette v nice though. The only reason I marked down amenities is the shower. Door has massive gaps so the small bathroom floor floods everytime. Also the water must be on some old style thermostat tank as the hot runs out after about 2minutes.

OOLGA35The place is near the sea .The breakfast is ok ,you have eggs ,some potatoes with meat,bread ,salad and pho .some porridge as well,juice and coffee.in the room you have some chips and cookies 🍪 that you should pay in case you eat it but there is no price in the room ,so be careful.i would stay there again for sure 👍 I recommend it.

Situated in between Hoi An and Danang City. We couldn’t decide which area to stay but this area allowed easy grab taxis at low costs and equal time to commute in either direction. At 1/3 of the cost of most resort hotels, this place has multiple pools, private beach access, beautiful views and private cabanas on request.
Pool tables, karaoke, darts etc. lots to do on site for relaxing days. If you cannot decide in which city to stay, please pick here!

VVelIt's going to be a rather long review. We had booked through trip.com, and we arrived around midnight. There was some mix-up due to which our booking was not in hotel records. But I had all the details and had already paid. We had booked for 4 nights. 7th June till 11th June. I need to mention here that it wasn't the hotel's fault.
In spite of not being the hotel's mistake, the night shift receptionist Mr. Quan was so apologetic that this had happened and apologised to us many times and immediately arranged an upgraded room us.
But for the next day the room was not available. The day shift staff ”Miss Suong” took charge and asked to continue without planned activities, and at the end of the day, we had to go to another hotel nearby. All our luggage was transferred to that hotel and, of course, with an upgraded room. We spent the night there, then the next day, we continued with our activities further.
Back in the evening, our luggage was again transferred back to Nhat Ming by their staff.
For the remaining 2 days. We got an upgraded room with superb Seaview.
During the 4 days, time and again, Mr Quan, Miss Suong and 2 more personnel, Miss Huyen, Miss Linh and Mr Minh took care of our family personally, may it be during the breakfast, arranging for our Bana Hill trip or our beach activities. Mr. TruongThey really made us feel at home.
Special mention to Miss Suong and Mr Quan. Thank you both so much. 🙏🙏

Basically, I felt that the Vietnamese people are curtious, kind, and helpful, but you guys made my Da Nang trip the best experience of my life.

Now for the people who want to know about the rest of the hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and well ventilated. The crystal clear beach is just 2 mins of walk. To experience sun rise, you can get the best view from your hotel's sea view room on the higher floors. Good maintenance. You get what you pay for. But in Nhat Minh Hotel, you get more than that.
As far as the breakfast is concerned, good healthier choices but without compromising on taste. Freshly cooked eggs upon request on the spot. Many varieties, both local and continental.
About the amenities, just name it, and you have it with 5 mins walk.
If you want trouble free, the hotel can arrange for trips and tours. Most of the attractions around Da Nang are within VND 60000 or USD 2.40.
Finally, thank you so much, Nhat Minh Hotel. I really owe you one.
This review is not written in the spur of the moment but written 8 days after Da Nang, 2 more places and back to Singapore.
