The female staff at the hotel front desk has no memory and has a bad attitude. When she checked in, she asked for a late check out of 12:30. She confirmed that the check in time would be 12 o'clock the next day. She also called the room to urge her to check out at 12 o'clock. When we checked out at :30, we went to the front desk and asked him why he called after confirming late check-out, but he said he forgot, and then asked us to wait for 3 minutes to check the room. Later, he said that a laundry bag was missing in the room and asked us to compensate. , but we have never used his items at all, because each item has to be charged, and the water bottle in the room is also from Rong. I don’t know if it has been cleaned, so we dare not use it. Later, we insisted that we would not compensate. Thinking about it again Since every guest who checked out was asked to pay at the front desk when they first checked in, the sales practices of this hotel are very problematic. It is recommended that if you want to stay in this hotel, you should take a video to record clearly when you check-in. , because when they surrender to you, they will show you a video that they said was filmed before you checked in, but they don’t know whether the filming time is true or not. Be careful of this black shop👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 👎 🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It's in an awkward location... there are a lot of places under construction nearby... Actually, I don't really recommend it. The breakfast is delicious... The breakfast is delicious... It's a small pool, but it's an infinity pool, so if you like the weather, the pictures come out pretty..

Fantastic hotel. Beds are very comfortable with a king bed and good size room. The breakfast was exceptional with both western and Asian choices. Hue (cook at breakfast) did a great job with my omelette every morning plus bacon. The infinity pool was great to cool off after the beach. I would say that this hotel compares to any 4 star hotel in North America. Overall service was great.

We were only in Danang for one night to see the Dragon bridge but unfortunately we’d become ill with nasty colds so we cancelled our sightseeing to have dinner and go to bed early. On entering the room, I was surprised at how tiny it was. The photos were definitely deceptive. Other than that, it seemed fine - very basic but fit for purpose. We did note that there was no in-room safe though. I then looked for the room service menu however, oddly for a hotel, there is no room service. However the room information (which was predominantly in Vietnamese) said there was a restaurant on the 8th floor which appeared to be open until 8:30pm and a bar on the 9th floor which I guessed must serve snacks. So we headed upstairs. The restaurant was closed (not closed off as we could walk in there but it was empty and no lights on ect) so we headed to the bar…. That was totally devoid of life too. The bar area features the infinity pool which, if we’d been healthy, we would have loved to have a dip in - the area is gorgeous. So we went back to reception to see if they could order some food in for us (we really felt very unwell and it was now raining too) but the receptionist spoke very little English and didn’t seem to understand us so we reluctantly headed out to find food. Thankfully there was a restaurant basically next door and we managed to order some fried rice for dinner. Maybe our ill health impacted on our impression of the hotel but I was really quite amazed that a hotel in a major tourist town is so ill equipped and under-utilised. I certainly wouldn’t recommend the Del Luna. The hotel management is missing out on turning this place into something special.

I booked here for only 1 night. The family room have 2 big beds, comfortable bed, clean room. This room has private balcony but no chair and no table. When you open the main door to enter to this room, you can see a table for sink, mirror and some facilities such as comb, face towels...so I did not like this set up way. 😜😜. The pool is on the top floor. They arrange a staff to take of care you, that's good service. But I think he should look around to fill more pool towels. ( It was cold when you finished to swim, I only found 1 towel for my children) The breakfast is good, there are not much choices, but it is enough for a meal. The location is nearly the beach, you can easy to walk to there. Overall all are good!

We're to begin. Positives : Beautiful room. We got the studio sweet with a king bed. And when we walked in there was definitely a wow factor. Stunning room. Staff : Friendly and accommodating. Breakfast: Adequate for price paid. NEGATIVES : After originally being wowed by the room it was quickly replaced with confusion and disappointment. The room had a slightly off putting smell of some type of cleaner. This was however fixed by opening the door to air the room out. We had to do this every time we came back in however. There was no safe in the room which these days is ridiculous. And only 1 power point near the bathroom sink which was impractical and restrictive. They only supplied one pillow which wasnt great. However the staff brought two extra up upon request. How about the shower which is the true crime here. I have never had a worse shower in my life. Burnt and frozen in one shower session is Impressive and infuriating. Also the shower leaked through to the toilet due to improper sealing. Last but not least the door to the balcony didn't seal properly when closed which ment on our first night I had to listen to a guy pour his heart out on karaoke while trying to go asleep. I would not stay here again if they offered me the same room at one third of the cost. Look elsewhere.

The only reason this hotel has good reviews is because 1. It’s dirt cheap and 2. It’s good in photos. We booked here because of the dirt cheap rates and nice photos, but that’s where it ends. I wish they just charge higher rates as the hotel has so much potential. The rooms and common areas are nicely decorated and finished. They even have Toto bathrooms, but the kind of people that stay here are filthy pigs; hence this hotel has lots of annoying rules. Some of these rules are: we booked hotel car and hotel tour (which now feels like the staff were just moonlighting and these services aren’t really offered by hotel), and the hotel had my credit card info, yet they insisted on holding our passports hostage. I’ve never heard of such a policy in all of Vietnam. Another example is they threaten to charge for every little thing, like dirty towels, stained sheets, smell of food in the room, etc. All the staff will pull you to a corner and offer you tours, car and driver, etc. very sketchy. It’s precisely the kind of people that stay here that’s why they have such policies. What I cannot forgive though, is on our last day, we had a flight that departs at 7:00am and they told us to leave the hotel at 6:00am. I wanted to check-out the night before, they said no. I went at 5:30am to check-out and the front desk staff was asleep at the lobby, as in literally with a folding bed and blanket and standing fan. I said we needed to leave cause we might miss our flight and we have an infant. He said no. He had to check the room first. He personally went up and was taking forever. We tried to leave but the other staff, door man I think, yelled and screamed at us and violently prevented us from leaving. It was a very scary experience and we felt like we were in strict communist era Vietnam. I’ve never been treated this way at a hotel. Finally, we all agreed to go look for the front desk staff who went to check the room and when we found him, he said okay, we can leave. It’s like a prison, don’t stay here!! We got to the airport right when the plane was boarding already. It was very stressful and scary. Also, room was dirty. There were bugs, towels had major stains and kettle smelled like someone boiled something in there. I couldn’t even make tea or coffee as they both tasted weird.
